    I had stroke Feb 13 n it affected my right side. However I had timingly treatment n recovered. I had weakness on my right limbs though able to move. My neck was constantly in tightness n pain. I did this exercise daily for more than 2 weeks. The neck stiffness n pain went away n my right limbs are stronger able to walk 5km, doing household chores including mopping n washing bathrooms. Thank you.

    this is wonderful - i have neck damage from accidents - the doctors tell me to do stuff, but never say what . . . i turned to Qi Gong near 10 years ago when i was bedridden and had to learn to walk. This has been the thing to help every time. I have ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia , and refuse to let them take over my life. Your voice is so lovely and calming and i love the kind self talk to the body, this is something most don't do; but how can we heal if we are not friends with the wonderful thing that carries us around and takes all the knocks.!

    I exercised this session right now!! It was exactly what i needed.. My neck is many times in pain and is stiff often. That's because of my psychosis.
    This was a session to remember for ever!! I loved it. It's my fav video right now.

    I woke up two days ago with really bad neck and shoulder pain. I did this video yesterday and could barely move my neck but later in the day It felt looser and the pain was less intense. Today I have much more movement. Will keep it up. Thank you so much ❤️

    I love this. I’ve had severe next shoulder pain every day and worse at night. I’ve just done it and already feel some release so will do it every day 🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Im so lucky i found this videos .im suffering from neckpain 9months i even consult this to my chiropractor but not help .im deeply in pain . Thank you from Philippines but im working here in Israel

    The way you treat your body in these videos is really calm and nice. Its the way you treat hundreds and thousands human bodies by doing these videos you know.     Greetings from an American expatriate in Taipei, Taiwan! Typhoon Hinnamnor is hitting us with high winds and heavy rains and my skies look dark outside just like yours do in the video.     Excellent video. It helped my neck and my whole body. Before finding video lots of pain, I kept resisting the idea of practice like our human experience likes to dictate what my soul has come to do. Isn't that interesting how my human wants to slow down or stop my soul from becoming? Thanks for sharing your beautiful practice.

      I was in hit & run car accident in 2016, every since I've had serious pain in my back, now I have issues with my elbow & hands, neck pain including back, your exercises & soothing voice is & gift from God..Since 2015 I found out I was diabetic on insulin & pills. both medications I feel are slowly killing me. causing me serious health problems now my legs are hard & both legs, ankles & feet are swollen...your meditation & exercises are giving me hope, that I can defeat this diabetes. I'm emotional 😭😭😭😭 bc ik this that ur doing is HEALING FOR THE MIND, BODY, SOUL, & SPIRIT so I thank you sir with all my heart, bless you. Qigong ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😇😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
