Thanks Eleni. Your videos help me feel younger than I might do otherwise and lift my spirits. The short quad stretches helped me to stay balanced. I've noticed I can balance better on my left leg than my right. Might have something to do with me being left-handed. Really enjoyed the music. Looking forward to your next routine.

If you do this on a rebounder it would be a killer workout. Jumping is actually good for strengthening the skeleton, especially for menopausal women. The rebounder is good for lymphatic draining.
pls show lots of glute work giving a lot of attention to them and stand up side view. hands on thighs, hips, low low back, glutes. Glute bridges, squats, hops, jacks, shakes, low lunges, countdown intense, saying "up and down" "pulse" "pump" "jack it" "squeeze" release" "tiny little one inch" pulsing legs and glutes please. tight grip fist lifting hands and arms up and down fast gripping small light weights, show lots of soles, lots of rubbing and holding thighs 🙏🏾🙏🏾
