I've been doing a lot of cardio & strength training with lots of stepping the past few months. Jules - this 30 minute video is fabulous! I'm sweating like crazy!! I read that seniors need to do 7,000 to 10,000 steps. Next month I turn 70! I hope to keep it up for the rest of my life! Thank you! 🥰💖

I so needed that Jules! The heat in Brisbane has been relentless. So it was wonderful to have such a great workout to do inside! A fun fact for you! Since the first of January 2024 the nighttime temperature in Brisbane has not dropped below 20 degrees C that is 68 degrees F! We have broken a record that stood since 1978!❤

I love the marching in between changes in step and arm movements. After bouncing around different video exercises, I found your workout routines that works for me.

I really like how I feel after doing this workout. Yes I'm hot and sweaty, but I feel the blood flowing to nearly every muscle in my body and that feels amazing! And the floor stretches were a real treat! Thank you Jules!

I am recovering from bladder and oophorectomy surgery done about 5 weeks ago. I needed to exercise very carefully to keep up my body functions and mental health. I started searching for workouts that would be safe during this recovery and I found you. Your workouts are just what I needed and could totally do. I do not know how you do it but you convey such a wonderful and joyful spirit that I am quite frankly addicted to. I have not missed a day doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks. They are absolutely spot on. I love the 30 minute ones as that makes me feel the most accomplished. I am a 68-year-old woman who likes to workout but hates doing planks! : 0 I think you are absolutely wonderful and your videos have helped me so much on my getting up and around and a bit stronger each day. Hi Jules I'm back! Been away for a long time I guess. But in my volunteering stints soon after my retirement, I did a lot of outdoor walking to and from work. I already lost almost 10 kilos (from 86-78kgs.) I worked out of the city at that time. But alas! When I came back to the city, I am now slowly gaining! Oh noo...From 78 to now 81kgs. I need this workout because I need to move my knees too! Thank you for always being here, always helping us get inspired to improve our health! Blessings abundant for you and family!
Welcome back! I’m glad to read that you’re getting back to the workouts. With consistency, I am sure you will get back to the weight you want to be at:) To see quicker results, I’d like to suggest doing 2 interval workouts a week, strength training 2-4 days a week plus/or cardio on other days.

Absolutely! When I originally wanted to lose weight back in my 20's, I was a bit lost with what to do until I discovered intervals. They made all the difference and I lost weight quickly.

You always make me smile, Gail. Thank you! This backdrop is of Lake Moraine which is very close to Lake Louise. I've been before, but went back two years ago in early June to see it again. Unfortunately, the road to Lake Moraine was STILL closed off due to too much snow. If you ever go, make sure to go in July or August and first thing in the morning before the crowds. It is absolutely stunning and well worth a trip! The area of Banff and Lake Louise is one of the most beautiful places to see.

Excellent! I am used to grueling intervals and it burns away my muscle tissue, which I cannot afford to lose. I love the no talking too and how it’s set up, very easy to learn quickly. Thank you!
I saw you saying "Super job!" at the end---thanks! I did my "quick-jog" every other walking interval, and for the intervals when I walked, I added some extra cardio by pumping my arms up and down, with elbows and hands above my shoulders. I done in...but it's a good "done in"...
WOWZER!!! Awesome! I got nearly 6000 steps during my morning walkabout, I took the stairs instead of an elevator at an appointment this morning, and now about 3500 steps with this one...and I think I've done 10,000 steps today!!!! WAY-HOO!!! Love 'em, Jules...keep us crankin' along!
I love it, too. In the summer months, I do intervals at my local park. I jog or run fast to the other side of the soccer field, walk back, and repeat up to 10x. It's a great workout. You can do the same thing by just walking as fast as you can, and then walk at a regular pace back. Gives you options rather than just going for a walk outside.

22, 01 2024 Hi Jules, I did the last 8 minutes of this set of exercises, wow! it was fast! And the stretching. But now I am going to my gentle one. It's my before bed workout. Mostly. See you there.
Icy here, too, so immense gratitude for being able to stay in to keep fit. Just right for a post-strength-training day yesterday: lots of movement with invigorating music! Thank you for your reminders to FOCUS on abs during knee lifts and triceps during arm push backs. Appreciate the straight leg kick backs for glutes. Enjoyed the "doubles" you incorporated (knee lifts, kick backs, and the jumping jacks with double arms up then across) -- made the thirty seconds seem half as long, ha ha.

Not going to lie was totally lacking motivation the last few days. Between nursing a uni and dealing with a bereavement my get up and go got up and went. However I got off my backside and feel so much better for it. Not sure if it was the music or the beat but once I started I felt so much better. The power of exercise. Thanks Jules.
I am SO glad to read that you forced yourself to get up and exercise, and felt better after doing it. I find on days when I'm tired, I force myself to start and within 5-10 minutes, I get energized and want to do more. The hardest part is definitely just starting.
I loved it! Nice pace + music. Did 15min before breakfast + the rest afterwards. I clocked 3,478 steps + 315 calories. This was quickly added to my JULES FAVES playlist. Thank you!

This morning I did it with my 1lb and I added 5 sec, 10 sec and 15 sec of jogging in the walk time. 🎉 I love the new challenge I push myself 😅 and this morning after 7 months almost 8. I lost 25lb so since summer 2023 this morning, 40lb 🎉🎉🎉❤ doing yours workouts and making better choice in meals. 🍌🥕🥗🦞 haha! PROUD! Have a good week-end ! 🌟

I saw you saying "Super job!" at the end---thanks! I did my "quick-jog" every other walking interval, and for the intervals when I walked, I added some extra cardio by pumping my arms up and down, with elbows and hands above my shoulders. I done in...but it's a good "done in"...
WOWZER!!! Awesome! I got nearly 6000 steps during my morning walkabout, I took the stairs instead of an elevator at an appointment this morning, and now about 3500 steps with this one...and I think I've done 10,000 steps today!!!! WAY-HOO!!! Love 'em, Jules...keep us crankin' along!

Interval training is my favorite!
I love it, too. In the summer months, I do intervals at my local park. I jog or run fast to the other side of the soccer field, walk back, and repeat up to 10x. It's a great workout. You can do the same thing by just walking as fast as you can, and then walk at a regular pace back. Gives you options rather than just going for a walk outside.

Icy here, too, so immense gratitude for being able to stay in to keep fit. Just right for a post-strength-training day yesterday: lots of movement with invigorating music! Thank you for your reminders to FOCUS on abs during knee lifts and triceps during arm push backs. Appreciate the straight leg kick backs for glutes. Enjoyed the "doubles" you incorporated (knee lifts, kick backs, and the jumping jacks with double arms up then across) -- made the thirty seconds seem half as long, ha ha.

Today was Challenge Day! I challenged myself to do a longer program, and I quick-jogged every other 30-second fast walk. Wowzer...!!!

Whew!!! We went at “our” best pace, as you recommended, and had a good, sweaty workout again today!
Not going to lie was totally lacking motivation the last few days. Between nursing a uni and dealing with a bereavement my get up and go got up and went. However I got off my backside and feel so much better for it. Not sure if it was the music or the beat but once I started I felt so much better. The power of exercise. Thanks Jules.
I am SO glad to read that you forced yourself to get up and exercise, and felt better after doing it. I find on days when I'm tired, I force myself to start and within 5-10 minutes, I get energized and want to do more. The hardest part is definitely just starting.
I loved it! Nice pace + music. Did 15min before breakfast + the rest afterwards. I clocked 3,478 steps + 315 calories. This was quickly added to my JULES FAVES playlist. Thank you!

This morning I did it with my 1lb and I added 5 sec, 10 sec and 15 sec of jogging in the walk time. 🎉 I love the new challenge I push myself 😅 and this morning after 7 months almost 8. I lost 25lb so since summer 2023 this morning, 40lb 🎉🎉🎉❤ doing yours workouts and making better choice in meals. 🍌🥕🥗🦞 haha! PROUD! Have a good week-end ! 🌟
