yessss love this. see no offense at all to the girls who want jacked upper bodies, but it just is not for me either. I want to wear a cute sexy dress and not have giant boulder shoulders lol (but again this is just me!) So it is nice to see someone into fitness who looks amazing and isn't prioritizing upper body. And your lower body still looks insane. Good to know I can train this way because I was always unsure
Same I cut down on training upper body and have been doing lighter weight circuits 1x week cuz I grew my upper body muscles too much over the years lol 🙈
I’m the opposite! Love upper body workouts, dreeaaddd lower body 😩 but hubby told me the I need to chill with the upper body workouts lol 😅🥴 Love this video though! For someone who doesn’t have a plan going into the gym, this is Very Insightful and helpful! 👏🏽🩷

@@ju999X no I carry more fat in my arms genetically so they tend to look more bulky with muscle + fat. It’s a struggle for me lol
