My dad has owned one of these since 2004 and kept it in great nick. Absolutely gorgeous cars. Lady in the streets but a devil in the sheets kinda deal.
I also have a black G220, I've done Hurricanes, 100 cell cats, 3" twin system, 3" from air box to intake, plus Big Mouth Air Cleaner from SSInductions, I can NOW keep up with a XR8 that runs a 260kw, I'm heaver, longer of course, but I still keep up with them. Guy said with what I've done so far I SHOULD be kicking out the same 260kw or more, so he said around 300rwhp or more. I'm real pleased with performance, goes harder plus I'm getting 9.8 on a trip doing 110. Pretty good all round for a BIG BLACK and BEAUTIFUL G22O FAIRLANE. Love the big size of it, dam nice to cruise or do long drives. Will give an update once I do a Dyno and get the FULL reports of what she does...Cheers
I own a Navy Blue 2004 G220, was fathers, chased it down for 4 years with FoMoCo and found it. Restored to OEM. Quiet, smooth yet gutsy, just a sweet deal. Ford HO Melbourne put it on show for 3 months. Everything in the suspension, is new, all mechanical perfect. Love it. Never sell it.
Sup man, your a legend in my book owning one of these beauties :P.. I have a 2003 BA Fairlande 5.4. What have you done to the engine to hit 255?. All I have done is put a sports exhaust on it and I want to start doing stuff to mine, though just with the exhaust the V8 really roars now actually more than this one in the video but i'm sure you'd make me choke on your smoke :P

Mate please tell me what mods you have done.... Mine runs 225 rwkw...and only thing left is to wack hurricane extractors on :)??
