2 Questions: 1) Does using the window weld on the door side of the door panel clip (shown at 19:54 of your video) make it harder to take off the door if I need to remove it again? I understand using the WW on the panel side of the clip, that isn't meant to come off...but the clip is supposed to pull away from the door and it seems like the WW will cause this to be more difficult. 2) Do you recommend putting some window weld along the top channel that slides over the door near the window slot? I have a Toyota Sienna and the door panel hangs on the edge and I suspect it rattles around on that surface, but much like question #1, I am concerned that using the WW on that junction will cause the door panel to be difficult to remove from the door later.

Get some hard wax (crayon, candle, etc) and shave off tiny little pieces with a knife or anything sharp. Look for every clip or screw that have some play in them and heat it up a little with a heat gun and apply a little bit of the wax in between. Don't add too much where it might run when it gets hot, add just enough to give it a thin layer.

But would it be good to remove the door panels as its a new vehicle & the original fitment ..
If i refix the original fitting would it be any problem in that..the panels should not get loose after opening the original fitment
The passenger side door panel on my new car rattles whenever I go over bumps. It's driving me nuts.
Which car ? And is it resolved now?
is there a video on how did you remove and seal the door clips? they seem to be fragile and one of my clip has already cracked when i removed the door panel
Thanks for your informative video!!!
lmao at 21:45 when you start smashing the door xD idk man it sounds like you're damaging it just a LITTLE bit.
A car,I might add that we just got but that's the only issue. We do have extra insurance if anything happens but don't know if that will even cover
What would you use if the door skin is rattling on the door it’s self? It’s come unglued just a little?
Get some hard wax (crayon, candle, etc) and shave off tiny little pieces with a knife or anything sharp. Look for every clip or screw that have some play in them and heat it up a little with a heat gun and apply a little bit of the wax in between. Don't add too much where it might run when it gets hot, add just enough to give it a thin layer.
wax will never isolate as good as the 3M window weld I show in the video
can you use instead noico 80 flash tape with butyl adhesive?
Are you in CT?
Thank you, very informative. That's exactly what I have with my CRV - rattle box that drives me nuts. You may want to add the door lock parts to your list, the steel connectors may rattle a lot with no easy way to silence them
Did you get any solutions to this?
Good video.. thanks
REALLY helpful!!. Thanks
Gonna follow this video for my door panels … any tips on doing the headliner/roof near sunroof? That rattles real bad on my car and it's driving me nuts O_o
what about WD40 Specialist PTFE Dry lube instead silicone?
Ok, maybe you can help me fix the noisy panoramic sunroof shade in my 2019 Ford Edge! It is SOOOOO ANNOYYIIINNGGG!!!! I cannot find a youtube video on fixing it. LOL
instead of liquid window weld, can I use a silicone sealer?
