Also post-cat lambda delete for mad bhp gainz
Catalyst efficiency fault code bypass. (Might not always work)
What about the hideously expensive exhaust jollop to effect an air tight seal after spending your inheritance on a new exhaust pipe jobby. As usual, a stunning piece of craftmanship and engineering prowess, love the care and attention shown to the components and their fit.

Mine lambda came so easy off because of just two blows with the hammer from beginning. That's the trick...

I have the same issue with the lamda sensor but I am looking to replace the sensor 2. How fo I find the right one? I've been looking on ebay but I don't want to order sensor 1 instead of 2. Thanks!!
Lust contact the seller and make sure you’re ordering sensor 2. I think the sensors are across the same but with different plugs, some aftermarket sensors come with no plug in them and just bare wires and would need wiring into your original plug anyway.

Ive changed an exhaust on a 1991 mx5, and my 1996 fiat barchetta but have never used silicon sealant.
Are u not worried it will burn and go on fire ??
It’s a piece of racing steel pipe though. I’m not worried about it going on fire so much, but I wouldn’t have been surprised if it had burnt off cos the exhaust gets hot on performance vehicles, but so far so good 🤷♀️

Hate doing exhausts for all the reasons you mentioned in the vid. I put a new clutch in my 2007 C1 about 18mths ago and tried undoing the oxygen sensor in my centre pipe to avoid any damage while taking the gearbox out, but faced the same prob as you, did not want to move (still on my original centre pipe from a 2007 car), so in the end I left it in place, and luckily managed to do the clutch without doing any damage to the oxygen sensor.
On my third back box from new, first change bought a bosal that lasted years, then about a year ago, a klarius, but noticed already after just a year, the baffles inside it have come loose and started to rattle😢but will just live with that until the exhaust rusts through.
Surprised you can drive up those ramps without the front bumper scraping on them. I had a similar pair that folded up, but found they hit the underside of the front bumper on my c1 (that black plastic attachment they fit to the bumper), great vid as always, keep them coming, yes🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Cheers mate. I left it in when I did the clutch too. Bosal are decent, or used to be when I used to fit them years ago and Walker were always good too. This one was really decent quality but didn’t check the make tbh.

Was the centre pipe the original? It's not done bad at all if that is the case! Washing up liquid I use on the rubber mount holes to make fitting easier 👍
I dunno about original but could have been as we’ve never had it changed in over 10 years as far as I know where as it’s had a couple of rear boxes, and the one that I cut up when fitting the bike exhaust was only about 6 months old haha.
When are we going to see a carbon panel wrap done on a windy day with lots of bubbles? 🤣🤣
I've messaged you on instagram. :D With that extra air flow through the exhaust you will be reaching speeds even the speed camera's cant catch. Also today we have learnt dont work on your own exhaust.

I've replaced the full exhaust system on my Aygo with no issues. I used exhaust sealant between the muffler and center pipe though as it wasn't a great fit.
@@micheals1992 I usually use exhaust paste but thought I’d try a different method this time as it doesn’t allow for any movement.

Cheers mate. It’s a Milwaukee 3/8 impact wrench. 3/8 are too small for wheel nuts, but we’ve got a 1/2” one that easily does them.

@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos No, I managed to get mine out by hacksawing that front elbow off, clamp in the workbench vice and then using a blowtorch followed by chilling with WD-40.
Is your engine running ok without the O2 sensor?
@@thomaswykes3647 yea will run perfect without it as it’s just a post cat sensor to check that the cat efficiency, but this hasn’t even thrown an eml 😂. I’m pretty sure it must be cos the OBD HUD or maybe my ecu is faulty. Will find out when I fit the replacement ecu 🤷♀️
