This is the perfect practical one I have seen because he's in just 1 simple room and simple not catchy music on background...unlike most of the ones I've watched were in the fitness gym or outside the park or an open space warehouse, its like a show that only first class can afford. But this one is really average 👍👌 very good instructions.
I like that he gave advice and was serious about it ....no funky music playing and he is humble, he wasn’t showing off so this is very easy to watch...

@@Arrtthur I actually returned them. The idea is great but I don't like how I have no idea what weight I am working with in reality. It's a different ball game and I prefer real weights. Not for me but I can see how someone else might like it.

For beginners if you bought the same res band like in the video, i suggest use red,green,yellow first until you got muscle than add blue and black cuz its way too hard if use all 5 color for starter
I’m trying an individual experiment with these bands. My experiment consists of seeing how comparable I can define muscle or gain a little muscle mass solely with These bands. My personality has always been to prove people that you can step outside of conventional and achieve goals. I get made fun of (coworkers) for not being a huge guy nor a gym rat for 2 hours everyday of my life like them. I personally have seen 90% of them look exactly physically the same for going on 3 years now. I intend to be humble, and do effective band workouts quietly to myself just to prove naysayers that gyms are not mandatory to be physically fit.

Good video but you're pulling the door away from the frame when you perform the exercises. You should be performing the movements so when the band is stretched it is trying to pull the door closed not open. We've been using bands for a while and have been hit with the bands from door anchor failures so we quit using them. Anyways, keep up the good work.
It's for this reason I workout using a door that has a bolt lock. I lock the door so it's impossible for the door to accidentally opens during the exercise.

You should use the other side of the door it is possible to pull the door open . you don't wanna get nailed in the chest or back with the anchor. If the anchor comes out it will hit hard.

Already there. I bought two sets so I can superset between two different muscle groups. It's not the same as machines/free weights. I really miss the gym. But resistance bands provide a good workout. This guy seems to know what he's doing.
Get a good quality pair and you'll be ok. I've been using bands for awhile alongside my gym routine. And I give them a good trashing. I use "zacro" resistance bands. Solid strong resistance bands.

Also if you're curious about the steps of a certain set; turn on cc, make note of the name, and then search for that move. I do the exact order Dalati explains and it works wonderfully, thanks for the great video. PS- I also have a desk near the door, saw you had no problems with the bands on a angle when you did rows, now I don't have to move the desk every time!
0:56 honestly, you can see how the ROM sucks with the bands. It looks like you can't go further with your arms. Ideally, you want to almost cross them.
