But it comes funny when someone else sees you screaming in pain as you get hit by a slingshotted door hinge

That happened to me last night. It was painful af its because i didnt close the door. but that won't stop me from doing them its a great way to exercise the chest and back
I found using a doorframe pullup bar to be quite perfect, never had any issues.

Your resistance band videos are the best. The exercises are self-explanatory and don’t require needless talking. I also prefer no attaching, especially when traveling. The last thing I want is to damage someone else’s door and have to pay for it. Keep up the excellent videos!

You rock mate. Especially love the fact that you mention the specific body part an exercise targets (ex. upper vs mid back). Not many videos make that distinction.
Thank you for these videos on developing back strength; I was in Asia and fell down a flight of stairs, breaking 5 ribs and puncturing a lung; I know need to regain strength...huge help!

Here’s the thing. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Great examples of using bands without anchors. Planning to workout at home today, so I only wish there was one for a wide grip pull-down/close-grip or underhand pull-down without an anchor.
