I'm a nutritionist and it's the first time I'm seeing accurate directions regarding a balanced diet for weight loss. The meals are perfect!
Breakfast - 2 slice bread + 2 egg omellete + 1 cup tea.
Morning snack - 1 tbsp nuts or salad.
Lunch - Dal + salad + Roti.
Or rice pulao with riata.
Evening snack - fruit any.
Walk - 30 min daily.
Dinner - Rice or roti + sabji + salad.
