    I like the spots you picked to highlight I really like the range in prices. Its cool that even the cheapest options seem super chill and a fun place.

      Damn you stayed at intercontinental? I messaged them but no reply, don't think I'm big enough for them yet. One day though...

    Your vids are always very to the point and informative, highly appreciated! There are only 2 channels ( I subscribe to about 100 channels) that I click "like" BEFORE watching, because I know it will be great. You're one of those two.

    Stayed at Chicland last year. Loved the water view, my mini balcony with lots of greenery, the wooden elements and the unique facade/front of the building! Easy to find your way back home :D Lovely memory while watching your videos! Unfortunately were not able to try the roof top pool or spa :(

    Thank you for your time and posting. Le Bouton looked great for US$40. And I heard you don't get mosquitos or dust if you are 10 stories or higher. :)

    Wow Chicland looks great. A quick lookup shows $55 a night before taxes with free breakfast (obviously the lower end room). The fact you say it's across from your 2 favorite bars is a plus! Would you say it's a prime location for a first timer that likes to be in the middle of all the action and crowds and be able to walk places stepping outside the hotel? Thanks!

    • @TravisTravelsVN
      @TravisTravelsVN  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes I think the prices vary a lot based on time of the year/holidays etc. it's definitely great location you can walk anywhere from there.

    100$ CAD in Canada you are getting a motel room with plenty of splatters on the sheets. That hotel you checked out is 400$ CAD in Canada for sure. I'm going to Vietnam next year for vacation

    Hi Travis. I am planning to retire in Da Nang Vietnam.
    Questions:
    How do I keep my valuables, such as cash, bank cards, credit cards, laptops, and smartphones, safe when I go out, let's say, swimming?
    I don't feel safe to leave them in my apartment or house when I go out?

    I discovered your channel and immediately subscribed. I’m from Chicago like you, so your description of issues I can relate to. If a foreigner traveled to the U.S.A. and gets married to an American, they can become an American citizen and obtain their green card. Would that scenario apply to an American in Vietnam? Thanks my friend, and “Da Bears”

    • @TravisTravelsVN
      @TravisTravelsVN  15 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yes, I'll eventually get married here and get a visa exemption. You don't ever really become a citizen

    • @8535eddie
      @8535eddie 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ yes thank you. At least you wouldn’t have to leave every 90 days? But worst case scenarios, if the marriage didn’t work out would you lose the visa exemption? Thanks my friend..
