    I've had my Mk1s for over 2 years now and they're just solid. They're not just a good value, but they're a legitimately good pedal set. No complaints.

    I absolutely love these pedals. I moved from CSL load cell pedals to these about a year ago and I cannot be more happy. Their support has been great and I have on my shelf their updated board, but I have not needed to upgrade yet! I did add rumble motors on them. Thanks for the review and I agree wholeheartedly with your comments.

      I am on the CSL right now. Quite ‘happy’ with them overall but they have way too less ajustability. Would like the brake pedal to have some more of a ‘run-up’. Just too less travel on the brake pedal on the CSL’s. Would you recommend these after switching frim CSL?

    • @rikone01
      @rikone01 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MadRabbit92 Absolutely. The hall sensors on the SimForge pedals are much better in my opinion. I was constantly using compressed air on the CSL pedals to clean them. Also, lots of number and spring options come with the brake pedal.

    I've had the Simforge Mark-1 Pedals for almost 3 years! The only problem I had is that my old electronics board started making the throttle stick (Still worked it would just stick randomly). I contacted Simforge and got the new electronics board and everything has been great like it was before. Things could be better but for the price these are great pedals!

    I've wanted these pedals since first laid eyes on them a few years ago. Looks like the quality is still above average and the price is still below average. A great combination! I sort of like the fact that Simforge are not the "new hotness". The more popular they become, the more expensive they will be. I'll take covert and cost efficient quality over a big brand that doesn't respond to the customer post sale.

    @simracing604 can you get the throttle and clutch stiffness to satisfy a strong legged gym goer? 😅

  • @aogsimracing5663
    @aogsimracing5663 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Love my set, had them for about a year now, shipping from India to Canada was reasonable, but not cheap. The adjustability is great and I've really only changed the elastomers to make the brake slightly stiffer, but out of the box the set is great. The only upgrade I'll be doing is adding Simagic Haptics for some tactile feedback. I have no desire to even consider other pedals since owning these.

    Why did you have the deadzone top at 12:15? You say just in case when you game it's not giving you full-throttle. Have you noticed that, sometimes, your desktop's full throttle does not equate to full throttle in game? I have Heusinkveld Ultimate clones and let's say I set full throttle to a calibrated value of 18,000 at the desktop, when I'm in game, the heavier the graphics load the lower that value will become. For example, I load ACC with max graphics and unlimited framerate limit and, suddenly,, when I give full throttle, it'll only hit a value of, say, 16,200 which the game will then obviously recognize as only around 90 or 95 % throttle since full-throttle is calibrated for 18,000. This is my second set of He U clones and they both do it. I'm wondering if your SimForge also have this flaw (since you added the deadzone top) as well as the SimJacks.

    • @SimRacing604
      @SimRacing604  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wouldn’t say that’s the reason for me to do it. Mine is because pedals tend to “wear in” and in some cases that can equate to a percentage or two not registering at the top or a percentage or to falsely registering at the bottom

    • @Spinelli__
      @Spinelli__ 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@SimRacing604 Cool. Have you tested to see if you get the calibration drop with your SimForge or SimJacks? With no game running, check the calibration numbers in DXTweak2 or DiView when pressing full throttle (can try with clutch too). Then run a game with a very heavy load like ACC, epic preset, no framerate limiter (in-game nor out of game), no VSync (in-game nor out of game), maybe even crank the in-game resolution scale for good measure, set a lot of AI opponents, and rain weather - we want as high PC load as possible. Then go race on track while checking your throttle and clutch on DXTweak2 or DiView (visible on another monitor). Is the full-throttle and full-clutch calibration still reaching the same value as when you had no game running or is it noticeably less?
      There's always going to be some tiny jitter fluctuations, that's different and completely normal. This "PC load-dependent drop" is different and significant like, say, 6500 instead of 8500 or 24,000 instead of 27,000 or something.

    • @Spinelli__

      @@SimRacing604 Give it a shot or else your throttle might only be giving you like 95% in a real PC-heavy situation like high res, tons of opponents, rain, etc. Let me know if you ever wanna go for coffee or a beer. I live in the area! Would love to have a real-life sim racing friend haha (you seem like an honest, humble guy).

    HE sprint pedals aren’t even that good! Especially for the price! They use to be good like 5 years ago but now they definitely are far from the best. Weak kg loadcell of brake, tons of adjustability, but they are also pain in the ass to adjust and do anything too, and to try to swap out the last markers! Plus PCB boards are exposed for all that money you spend on HE sprints. I’m keep my simagic p1000 with hydraulic brake and haptic motors

    You need to try the Simucube Active brake pedal before you call something else "best." It will blow your mind. It pushes back against your foot like a real brake pedal. The ABS feels so close to the real thing and is nearly infinitely configurable. I've run many of the pedals out there over the years including Heusinkveld Sprint & Ultimate+ and SimTrecs ProPedal GT. No static pedal can even come close. Keyword in your title is "ever reviewed" but perhaps a less click bait title would be The best BUDGET pedals you have ever reviewed?
