The only complaint I have is them using USB-A on the data box. USB-A to USB-A are probably the least common cables people have laying around ..so if you misplace the one it comes with, you're SOL. For some reason it didn't even work using USB-A to USB-C cables I had. Would have been far more convenient if they used square type USB-B or USB-C on the box.
Yep this was a really weird choice
Splice and preferably solder 2 charger cables together.
But shure a usb c connector would be simpler to replace
Saw when these came out wondered what th difference was and why they were so cheap. I still love my full sized VNM pedals. Another great r view and i might look into these when my oldest get ready to upgrade his setup.
These are really good. Not quite as heavy and strong as the normal set but not inferior either
I have been using these pedals for several months and really like them. Once you get he brake stack setup to your liking ... solid performance.
Yep once I get the brake dialled in it will be amazing
I took a very strong look at the full-size VNM pedals. I really wanted to buy all from VNM in one go, but the wheelbase and steering wheel werent out there in time. So instead I went with Simagic and the rest is history.
Yeah they are taking their time with the wheelbases but I’m excited about them

I have these and I love them, great pedals especially for the price. You'd have to pay a lot more to get anything better. I mounted mine direct to my playseat trophy didn't need the baseplate
I own these pedals along with the brake upgrade kit and the baseplate, absolutely fantastic.
Yeah I would definitely recommend a baseplate with these. They’re a bit of a challenge without one
@@LaurenceDusoswa not if you have simlabs invertered mount being it uses aluminum profile so the would bolt right up
Fitting was no issue. It’s just not comfortable resting my feet on profile

Yep I like them. Still running them but they're coming off (for another review pedal set) in the coming days

Would be nice to see a review of them against others pedals like hf pedals
I'm weighing these against the Asetek Forte S pedals. The Forte pedals will require a lot of modifications to my setup (i.e. get an aluminum cockpit), these would would work on my current wheelstand.
Another review turned me off on these. The elastomer collapsing is kind of a non-starter for me. Lets see how they fare with your review?
Are you sure it was the lite pedals? I had the elastomers collapse with the VNM pedals but not with the VNM lite pedals

The brake pedal looks amazing 😍 I love pedals that have a lot of movement, helps with reference with different tracks that take a holy Sh brake stomp and hold.
I'm looking to upgrade from my Fanatec V3s but I'm working on a tight budget. Are these a step up?
I was in your position a year ago (ish) I tried a few different pedals up to £1000 which was much more than I really wanted to spend. Luckily I was able to try a set of CSL Elite V2's after seeing them featured here and in other reviews. They really are excellent (brake pedal) and the gas & clutch pedals are fine. Sure they are far simpler and look utilitarian but the brake pedal is the best I've ever used. I would at least rule them out before spending more.

big question... Honestly, I can't answer it easily. None of them are bad. As in, if 3 strangers buy one each, they will all argue about how good their set is.

Both excellent options. the VNM have more adjustability. I like the Fortes but would probably go for the VNM Lite
