- In this Adventure we head to the quehanna wilds of Pennsylvania for a backpacking trip..i park at the mud lick trail head and head west down the Quehanna trail about 3 miles and camp along mix run. Along the way we check out mountain laurel, peace pipes and a bee. the trail is bountiful of big green mossy rocks.
At camp I enjoy a great fire and make some apple mountain pies. The birds woke me up early and I head out.

It's good to see ya back out and about. Camp fire lightning was good. Not too bright/distracting and not too low where you can't see anything.
appreciate the input , just need to get that fire flicker better
great video as always. missed seeing your videos.
thanks much!! hopefully have time for more soon, this heat com8ng is brutal tho
Great video. The mountain pies look good.
thanks, its been so long since I had one
Good to see you back out. Enjoying your series documenting Quehanna Wild Area. Such a gem and it's crazy how few ppl I see there. That pie maker looked sweet...might have to pick one up.
it's definitely not used like the other forests in pa, I very rarely see anyone past a few miles from a trail head. going to use the pie maker a bunch I think
Loving the hat brother!
@BackpackingwithBuckley thanks, its working out so far, it maybe time to cut the hair tho.
Outstanding work man, you always create something special!
thanks, man!! I really appreciate it 🙏
love the hat Bud -- Hot Hot Hot this week... Cools off I'll be back out hope someday to bump into you on a mossy rock

Thanks for the great vid. Are you as comfortable out of the woods as you are in the woods?
thanks! I'm definitely more comfortable in the woods. I would love to spend the rest of my life walking in the woods.
