- Not one of the most common bikes we work on however, it was a please to work on this Honda CBR250R from 2012. The main complaint is the flat spots low down after fitting an unbranded aftermarket end can. As you can see from the plots the bike was running very lean and that's what we needed to fix. After tuning this bike we let Adrian try it himself on the local roads to see what he thinks.

Good work. I'm so old that I immediately thought it would be an inline 4 Japanese market bike, then I realised that was a long time ago 😮

Did you keep stock ECU? If so how did you map it? Is there a specific honda dct communication tool?
We always remap directly to the ECU. We make sure there is no need to fit extra parts to the bike that can be annoying or get in the way and having to thread wires through. With direct ECU remapping there is a lot more to play with to perfect the bike.
Can I tune my CBR 150R, how much will I get out of it.
Unfortunately we aren't able to get into this ECU.
