I allllways overdo it if I wait until I'm starving to eat. At that point it's too late, I'm not cooking I'm picking whatever is fastest, easiest and tastiest 😂 Planning ahead is so key!
If you want to eat more veggies, just cut some up at the beginning of the week, get a nice dip (hummus/cream cheese/whatever) and use it as your snack. You would be surprised how many carrots and cucumbers I ate that way 😂😂
It's so funny. I LOVE your videos but I can't watch you unless I'm ACTIVELY improving my life and exercising so I'll be back when I do my hour walk on the walking pad! Lol.
