Thank you thank you thank you, I have such a problem with sugar and I'm also a cannabis user (with a medical card) and those munchies hit and I don't want ANYTHING except sugar. I was doing rlly good and then fell back off. I also have osteoarthritis in my spine and sugar causes so much inflammation but it's just so hard to quit. I always look forward to your videos cause they just motivate me and inspire me
It’s not about hating others working on themselves it’s simply I don’t like a packed gym. It feels chaotic, equipment isn’t available, etc etc. I love what you said about not going with trends and doing things that fit YOUR lifestyle because this is why I never started 75 Hard I knew it wasn’t sustainable because it wasn’t realistic.

Hey Janet! I love those flares. Idk I feel like flares and platforms are back in style and my millennial heart is smiling. But I love the idea of the 80/20 rule. When we over restrict we tend to binge at least that’s my experience but this is a nice balance

This actually helped me find a way to start building a better mindset cuz I've been having such a hard time losing weight and being healthy but the end especially if this video your words have been really inspiring to me and helped me think a bit differently in a way that'll help I think so thank you!!! (: and it's definitely good to slow down sometimes, you don't wanna stress yourself out too much!
Hi Janet. What you said really hit. I also decided to stop self sabotaging in August and started a new journey in September. This is November and I am so glad I took the bold step to change my life. I have done a lot of experimenting and now I am finally leaning into what I like and gives me results. For the first time, I am looking forward to the new year because I know I am ready to hit my goals. I want to thank you for always inspiring me to do better. Seeing you lose weight and to almost achieving your goal weight is eye opening. And yes, I support you putting your health first and doing YOU. Love you sis❤

Loved this video and the little on the screen tips for healthy intermittent fasting and the trigger warning you're the best and I appreciated it so much. I'm on my own healthy journey right now too and 1 it changed my (previously negative opinion) on intermittent fasting so much because if you're properly eating nutritional meals during the eating window it isn't nearly as restrictive feeling as I felt people had described it and 2 I needed your reminder to plan out the week and be aware of how to keep the habits when life just keeps going. The sustainable habits weren't built into my average life so prioritizing them when I know I will have temptations and responsibilities that Don't go away just because I declared I'm on a health journey. Hope your heart test results come out okay!!! 🙏🏼

I’ve never learned how to properly cook meals, so I’m always so intimidated by it. How to you choose your meals each week? I also have binge eating disorder so I struggle with the 80\20 rule because as soon as I eat the sweets I can’t stop

I dont like when the gym is packed because my 90 minute workout becomes 120 minutes bc of the time it takes to find a machine or rack or anything that is available.
Omg I am a barista and seeing the amount of syrup we put in the drinks as well as just the sugar in the amount of milk that goes in them. And our sweet cream cold foams… oh man. Those things are SO full of sugar. Not to mention the pastries. I’m not a believer of good and bad foods, but for sure consume in moderation lol
Thank you girly! It depends on the day and how I feel! Some days i do 18:6 some days 16:8. But what helps me the most is eating my dinner as early as possible and cutting off after that! 🤗

Tea has caffeine in it 😅. Didn't your doctor tell you? Just drink Rooibos or Infusions. If you're caffeine intolerant, drinking tea, although it had less caffeine just doesn't make much sense.
