What is the advantage in using it? I know we can just use regular flour and bp, but it’s another step to calculate amount and never know if it’s the same.

I read that coconut creme is a substitute for dairy-heavy cream..will that whip up properly? (I'm not vegan but milk and i don't like each other anymore). This looks amazing and I am going to try this for a summer dinner party.

Yes I always use caster sugar with cream and it works perfectly

I'm going to use a round one but I think I need to double the ingredients.. customize it to suit the size of your regular pan

Cake batter had sugar then syrup and then in the whipping cream as well.
