My new machine appears defective- the sweeper does not spin or extend. Is this a setting problem or should it work out of the box? Nav appears random and not as tight as Roborock. Customer service number is nonresponsive. Any thoughts? 😢
in this video i show different options that can be found in the app. I can prepare a dedicated video about the app itself though. what exactly would you like to know?
@@JotemTV Nothing special. Just basic control functions, including monitoring the use of consumables, mapping and working with maps, such as editing them, building virtual walls, etc.
let me know what obstacles to put in the robot's path, and I'll record a separate short video especially for you - that's no problem. Just please don't point to the cat, because it doesn't like the robot yet
I think that the only difference to the x40 Ultra is that the P10 Ultra pro cannot place its mobs in the station and can vacuum. However, this function is not the non plus ultra feature. But the P10 Ultra pro vacuums with a maximum of 13,000 PA. and the x40 with 12,000. The app is identical.
@ The technical requirement is probably there, but they probably won't do that to ensure the distance to the dreame. But in my opinion, the mob take-off function is also overrated. Unless you have really fluffy carpet or carpet with very high threads, and even then I'm not sure if that's always such a game changer. Because the mobs are not dripping with water and dripping when they are up. I have done both with my x40 and I vacuum some of the carpet quickly myself and leave most of the carpet out.

Did You try AI settings in app? Side reach and mop extend have to be enabled first. Where are You from? I will try to reach Mova so they can help You
Does it leave it's mop pads in the dock when you choose vacuum only?
No, it doesn't. But I find it useless anyway. It can elevate mop pads quite quite high, so there weren't any problems with my carpets
Will it be available in Europe soon?
Can the mova remive thr mop pads automatically as raise the side brush?
It can raise a side brush as well as mop pads. It can't leave pads at the docking station.
@@JotemTV thank you
Why did they not include placing mobs in the station?
Thanks for the very informative video. It would be very helpful if you made a video explaining how to use the app. Do you have any plans for that?

I installed the app, played around with it a bit, and found it easy to use. I don't know if a separate video is needed. It is up to you.
Does it use the same dust bags and rollers and mop pads as the dream X 40 year L 40?
I was told that, yes, it's the same
No footage of it's obstacle avoidance?

It's the same as L40

Will MOVA be able to add placing mobs on dock function is firmware updates or is that not possible at all?

Can I and my spouse have the app on both of our phones with no problems with using the vacuum?
from what I noticed, there is even a special option to share access to the vacuum cleaner and connect the application to another phone number.
