First cold start after a full motor rebuild on 1996 honda cr250

This is the first time putting gas in my newly rebuilt restored 1995 cr 250 I’ll do a little review and walk around also attempt to start for the first time. It has all 1996 parts, but the frame is from 1995. not sure what to call it at this point.
