Something to note here: Blanche was almost going to get married here and this was the pilot episode. In the finale Dorothy gets married and moves out. It is ironic because Blanche was going to get married here, in the finale Dorothy marries her Uncle. And Rose and Dorothy here were going to have to move out and Rose was worried about where they would find a place. In the finale she was going to move in with her daughter Kirsten, Sophia was going to go live with Dorothy and Lucus, and they both decided to stay with Blanche.
