1985 Ram was my first vehicle, got it from my great grandpa…wish I still had it. I have a 1998 Dodge Ram shortbed std cab black with a cap much like your 1983. It has the 5.2 magnum with a 5 speed 2wd. Owned it since 1999, I’ll never sell this one.

What exhaust setup do you have sounds good
It’s factory mid muffler off a 6.4 scatpack single oestyle exhaust for the slant for the rest
What rear gear are you running?
I’m switching from the NP431 4speed to A833OD. Going from the 3.23(?) to 3.90. 225 6 also.
This truck has a 2:90 gears it came factory with 195/75/15 tire I have a black miser that came 3:23 gears and they put 205/75/15 on it
