You'd be surprised how many oils there are! Most are not mainstream because they come from different countries around the world. Same with the butters. Kokum Butter comes from India. Certain butters and oils are from Africa like Shea. My hair and body doesn't like shea butter. So I had to find something that agreed with me. I have explored 9 different butters and 28 different oils. And there's still so many more out there! But you do have to hunt them down. They are not all easy to find. Amazon has some, but not all. Sulu Organics is a company that has a huge selection of oils.

Instead of just running to a product that's going to be like a Band-Aid over the issue why don't you look up what could be problem that's triggering the discoloration. Probably not enough blood flow and not active enough.
Dry dry scrubbing everyday before u shower this is something everyone sleeps on they don't realize benefits. Get a scrub brush , scrub ur body dry before shower then apply shea or cocoa butter after simple as that
I love the color of this product, it looks so luxurious. I started using buckthorn on my face. I love the scents that you used. My favorite to use is vanilla, orange and rose oil.

I did this exact recipe & I wanted to love it, but I couldn’t. Mine turned out extremely hard, even after a 30 second burst in the microwave. I also think too much oil was used in this video, the ratio of oil to butter was way too high. I make my own products as well, & I use kokum for my soaps but mango for my butters; I wanted to try it out with the kokum after seeing this video, but I ended up having to rebatch & add mango butter to soften it up. I also read that lemon extract can cause skin irritation in the future if overused. I think too much was used here as well. But if it works for you it works for you, still looks pretty🥳
I’ve used her ratios before, with high oil percentages it turned out great. Utilizing different oils brings immense benefits to body butters other butters can’t offer. It made some of the lightest and creamiest whipped butter I’ve made. For reference, I used the proportions of her mango butter recipe but added my own oils. If you didn’t use the high oil content, that would explain why your butter came out too hard/thick. Also all extracts or essential oils can cause irritation or sensitivity overtime. Notice she mentioned not exceeding 4% with the lemon peel extract, that likely has purpose.

All of the "Good" Natural Hair content creators on TH-cam give you a summary of the ingredients benefits and purpose. She's not the only one. Keep searching, you will find them. Some really good creators are Green Beauty and Whole Elise. Look them up. Green Beauty has a wealth of knowledge. She's a chemist and knows hair from A-Z. You should binge watch her videos. You'll learn so much about your hair and understand it better. She also sells the Best Protein treatment on the market! Whole Elise is very interesting to watch. She's so good at the DIY game.
