    Yes! I use a 60/40 mixture for body butters. Anything less and it’s hard to spread. I hate that; I like my butters to feel similar to lotion. Oils have so many benefits also, so many and you can customize the butter for your needs. I love that!

      @@shawandasmith7615 Yes, you can use so many oils and butters on your hair. When my hairs soaking wet in the shower after I condition it I had an oil mixture and rinse it with cold water..but only if you have curly hair. And always use cold water, so you don’t melt the oils and butters off..same goes for rinsing conditioner out. Best tip anyone ever gave me!

      @@shawandasmith7615 Yadain is a good source for hair butters and oils that are made with all natural products. If you need large variety and don’t have all the ingredients to make something. I sometimes supplement with some of their stuff.
      So is Africa Imports. You can Google both, they’ll come up. For Africa Imports, make a business account using your social as an EIN. Youll get all wholesale pricing..and can claim the purchases as business expense every year. 😇

    I prefer to buy items over creating them however since your shop is closed I’ll mix a few tablespoons of some of the butters of yours I have, add some oils and use my hand mixer just for fun 😀

    looking forward to making great smelling christmas themed body and bath items. something that smells pumkiny-lavender. maybe a gift pack with body butter, a pumpkin/rose hip serum would be great as boht oils are so good for skin, some soaps pumpkin themed. also a room spritz! in the summer i used a rose room freshner that lulled me to sleep nightly. now i am working on the recipe for a fall smelling spritz.

    I love the butter that you made. It looks absolutely gorgeous.
    I have a couple of questions though… can you over whip the butter? I just never know when to stop. My butter solidify quite quick - following the recipe - why is that?
    The butter will look nice and smooth but will go hard after one day, is that normal?
    Will I get similar results with Shea and cocoa butters ?

    I will use this oil to make a facial oil for my mother for experimenting. And later I'll finalize my facial oil and cream formulation for mature and sensitive skin. Because I know it's a great oil for sensitive and mature skin.

    Yaya please can you do a video on how to make a hair serum. Most tutors rather talk about how to make a growth oil than serum and others use the word interchangeably.
    Lastly, can you kindly do a video on how to incorporate minoxidil and peptides for a beards activator serum

    ● Thanks for sharing! I do try hard to make my whipped Shea fluffy without the grainy feel... I do the melting & solidifying and adding oils, but I end up with a few grainy-ness at times.. but I see I have to whip more, and try the corn starch and glass bowl...◇

    Help! Is there a quick way to clean your oily mixers, pots, containers after making diy lotions??? The oil makers me go through 5 bathcloths and sponges. Harder to clean up than make the lotion.

    I want to do more experimenting in making these type of body butters with warm, cozy scents for the fal. Then some emulsified ones with uplifting, energizing type scents in the spring. And maybe even add a sexy scent line for women and men. I don't want to buy any moisturizers off the shelf anymore. I want to just enjoy my own creations and use myself as the marketing tool for them. I love your creations, they are so luxurious, yet simple.

Instead of using only mango butter wanted to add those other two butters but just divide the annoying of mango you use and divide by 3 so I can add the other two. However I wanted to know if they are similar in texture.
