Right! I did an oil change about a month ago and the oil was still a nice golden color with no shavings😳 it’s been to the drag strip 3 times and to autocross events twice since the video so it’s definitely a trooper!
I had the opportunity to get a 2016 but I chose a 2007 Gt I had a super charger installed ,cams ,long tube headers ,delete plates and mufflers deleted that car rips I love and I do think that body style looks way better than the yote
I depends on how u want it to sound I had both of my cars done with no mufflers my sounded real good but my mustang sounds good at idle but when u get in it I really don't like the sound not sure how it's going to sound with the Paxton supercharger it's still in the shop
My wife has a 3v,with mods really shines on digs with the sr performance handling pack from AM,paird with bmr control arms,panhard bar eliminated side to side and control arms helped with wheel hop...I think with some sticky ickys the 60ft will be nasty...big plans for the future, Paxton forced induction,E85 is still debating since the city I live in doesn't have a fuel station that carries it, closest would be about an hour 1/2 from me...I think with time we will get 1...

@@christianreyes368 I just put 4.10’s in my 08 manual, it had 3.55’s and it made a world of difference I really like them and as long as you keep it around 80mph you really don’t burn anymore gas. I haven’t got to run it too much yet still breaking them in but I did run a stock 12 Camaro ss from a 20mph roll by 130mph I was 2 cars out on him. I say it was a stock camaro but I’m not sure never talked to the driver. But my car is pretty much fbo hot rod cams 4.10 gears and 100 shot from a zex wet kit with a Lito tune. I didn’t use the bottle when I raced the camaro still gotta get me a remote bottle opener since my bottle is in the trunk lol.

Here I am, 20k miles later! I’m sitting at 146,000 miles now and still haven’t had an issue🙏🏼 and that’s after dozens of drag strip/ autocross events, lots of road trips, as well as being a daily!
@@christianreyes368 that’s badass man! I’ve never money shifted mine but definitely missed a few gears and banged the limiter. She’s sitting at 213,000 miles and never had a problem other than the coolant leak under the manifold. It’s currently getting fully rebuilt so i can run ported heads/cams with no worries. Got to say these 3Vs are beasts

Numbers are relative. I added a FRPP Intake manifold and got the car tuned by Lito and I made 336whp on a different dyno over the summer. You should go watch that video:)
When are you doing the video about your FBO set up? Looks like all you are saying you did are cams, but I think you probably have CAI and tune also? Looks like it runs great, you have the power I'm wanting to achieve NA. I would go whipple but you have to dump a ton of $$ into building up the lower end to do it (unless you want to break your engine of course).

The Camaro definitely has a better motor. And the Camaro also has a slightly better gear ratio with a better transmission. The real reason I can keep up is because our power to weight ratio is really close.
Something fishy going on. Notice on first race the camaro isn't even the side view mirror. He was way far away. He must of seriously messed up. Cause no way you gonna win by that kind of gap specially when you saw the camaro waste the mustang once a certain speed was reached.
I own a 2017 6 cylinder and I can say at my 335hp I start to lose my fastness around 100 mph. So I was just saying 455 hp is gonna shine after those speeds.

Pypes is def better than BBK. Pypes are identical to Kooks minus the price, I have Pypes long tubes and the fitment and finish is perfect. And so long as you properly adjust the mid pipe, pretty much anything should fit good

But before Lito, Brenspeed tuned my car and I put down 358 to the tires with their base tune with a stock manifold. So I recommend buying a tune from Brenspeed

We did two 30 rolls at the end of this video. Granted he started like half of his car ahead of me the second run but still lol you can see I hold him off pretty decently up until 3rd gear at 80mph which is where he pulls on me
I’d say even if we both did perfect runs, because I sure messed up too lol, his 70whp advantage definitely still beat the 200lb weight advantage I had once we were both rolling

This one basically is still the same as the earlier Camaro (from the 2000's, I forgot what year exactly it came out, 2007? 06? somewhere around there.) Also the camaro is longer than the Mustang.

Haha lol actually it’s a completely different dyno in a different location. My drag slips actually show me getting faster with the new install manifold and Lito tune. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the car isn’t making as much power as it could because of the money shift. Also it made this number in the winter, vs my dyno video where it’s mid summer

I raced a SS Camaro in my 3v on fbo 87 lito tune and won with passengers inside my GT. Guess the Camaro was automatic 🫤

Your 3V is healthy, get you some lighter wheels and some suspension components. Maybe a 75 to 100 shot and you’re golden for the street.

Damn, that Mustang is still pretty fast. Those 6.2 Camaro SS are not slow at all. Especially with more than two liters of displacement on the 3v.

I agree. 3.55s were on option but 3.31s were the standard and unfortunately I got the 3.31s lol

That camaro isn’t making 433 whp with an intake and tune only. He would need some headers to get those numbers. Probably making around 370-380 whp.

I actually have a 3.31 gear ratio paired with my 5 speed. My buddy there has a 3.45. So he has a steeper ratio paired to a 6 speed.

FBO fifth gens are like 410whp. And drag racing is all about launch and tires. Do a roll race

Actually the 3v’s make about 260-280whp depending on the dyno, but I have a video coming up soon where I describe my mod setup:)

This one basically is still the same as the earlier Camaro (from the 2000's, I forgot what year exactly it came out, 2007? 06? somewhere around there.) Also the camaro is longer than the Mustang.

Haha lol actually it’s a completely different dyno in a different location. My drag slips actually show me getting faster with the new install manifold and Lito tune. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the car isn’t making as much power as it could because of the money shift. Also it made this number in the winter, vs my dyno video where it’s mid summer
