there's too close neighbors on either side that could be party animals and weed smokers!! On the other side of the swimming pool is parallel parking lot which means there's a business there and other business buildings I see in the background and telephone poles everywhere not a good location
Maybe you should go spend your magical $4.5 million somewhere else then, random Internet stranger that knows everything about home values and the quality of a neighborhood just by watching a 20 minute house tour on TH-cam.

@@hexoson 1. I live in LA I know the neighborhood quite well The tallest square building that you see in the foreground is a location where I do marketing events on Wilshire boulevard.
2. As an investor I know property and value very well.... Now put all of that in your dumb pipe and smoke it.

Way to be gender neutral when describing the bathroom and closets.
Nice home just in the wrong location.....and home owner defense laws in California suck so you practically have to allow the home intruder access to stab or shoot you before being able to stand your ground or defend your home.....It does look like the type of area that gets noisy and people coming and going.....it look like an apartment complex is next door to it which is not great....On that note its overpriced for the location for me and I'm out.

I live in this neighborhood. This house is really well done but breaks the first rule of real estate - buy the worst house in the best neighborhood. This house is the best house in a meh neighborhood. Tons of traffic bc of la Cienega - the Beverly center, Cedars etc. It’s ALWAYS noisy and busy. Always have helicopters and sirens blaring 24/7. The adjoining properties are pretty low run and old, multi-unit rental properties. You can even tell in the video that the pool backs up to a parking lot. That’s why they put such a large frosted glass thing on the master balcony - to block that horrific view. That orange building in the back is part of cedars. And, oh btw, there is a significant homeless issue in this specific part of WeHo, so that open front yard and exposed front will provide very little security or privacy. There is almost no upside to this house. Maybe some insipid TH-camr would rent it to claim some baller life but that’s about it. Whomever conceived this property is properly stupid.

The open space is like a lobby and then you have the rooms... by the way something can't be "very unique", it's unique or not 😜 you made me laugh. Even if I don't like the house but it's a personal taste I like your presentation !! I feel like I really visited this house ! The flooring is gorgeous! 💖💖💖... The powder room is beautiful❤❤❤! The entire place is gorgeous... Love it!
Every one of these new mega houses look alike - "open concept" (i.e. your fridge and dirty dishes in the living room, toddler death-trap stairs (these are the kind of stairs you see in cheap motels), glass stair surrounds, slide into the wall doors, sterile "fireplaces", absurdly large wine cellars, black glass garage doors, floating vanities and no medicine cabinets (i.e. NO storage space in most of them),ridiculously large showers, hanging bedside lights, and no place for privacy drapes. The mirrored kitchen door - lol! Hope the owners have full time staff to keep it free of smudge!

Darren I would never date you. I wouldn’t trust you to bring me toilet paper from Walmart. I don’t know how many “favorite back yards” you have, or “the nicest powder rooms,” you’ve seen. You try to be so smooth, I just know you’d get food from the deli and have me over for dinner telling me it’s a home cooked meal because you think I’m so special. There’s a catch...cookies and milk for desert and yes, I’m most sure you’d make me a believer once again. Darren oh Darren...you adorable little liar you. Lol. 😘

The house design is beautiful and those floor tiles are gorgeous. The location for the price tag is not so ideal. They can drop it by about 2 mil.
Way too many mirrors. The bathroom raised tub on a marble slab on a marble floor is an accident waiting to happen. Beautiful home though.
This very nice home seems out of place. This house belongs on some property, but butted up against surrounding homes that are an arms length away.
nice how that back patio is only supported on the outside edges. i have the same set-up.
i woulda had the grill area on the kitchen side of the patio, though.
also, that kitchen island has no business being set back so close to the cabinets. holy cow!!

Another great presentation from Darren. Undoubtedly a beautiful house. Just a lil bit out of place for it price, specially with that parking lot next to the pool area. Its like living in a secluded bubble. While in L.A. and money to invest in a property, choose the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills or The Canyons. And if you like the city action and noise, Venice Beach will be perfect for you.

This has got to be one of the best homes. The two bedrooms on first floor with additional closet in the bathrooms was very thoughtful. Separate entrances to his and hers closet in primary bedroom is an amazing touch to the architectural design. Great value for money!!!
