The thoughtfulness about the practicality and true luxury of living in your home is really apparent. I love that you interviewed the developer--genuinely a special person, and you can tell the pride and the inner joy this work brings him and that he can realize for other people. Spectacular--a real winner. You see and feel daily where every penny of your money went. Wish Shai could build a project with me! Thank you Enes!

Yeah, i agree with everyone's comment about the master's bedroom door but it can be quickly fixed with a blinds or for a couple of bucks, just replace the door with frosted glass.

Also, I love the nighttime views of the home because it totally changes the whole view of the property and the developer interview was great. I’m sure it was not easy to organize. If this is something you can implement in future tours, that would be awesome. It’s always interesting to see how a property comes to fruition. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!

I love how you go into detail about everything. Everyone else just glaces over stuff and they'll be dont in 5 or 10 min. Keep it up. Lovely home btw

The mastebath looked nice but I was thinking the same thought about the sinks. It would be a little difficult to use if you're short, like 5'3". And if you're short, you would also have short arms.

Wow that kitchen that opens up to the backyard is absolutely amazing, and not to mention the secret room that’s amazing. I was confused as to why the bathroom windows and bedroom doors are glass tho, ofc it looks nice but shouldn’t they atleast be blurred glass for some privacy? Also I think I would feel too exposed to take a shower in that bathroom that doesn’t even have doors or anything lol... idk I just feel like the master bedroom is a bit weird in the layout and design... like having to get out of the tub to turn the water off... idk that’s just what I think

Enes in every bathroom: *knock knock* smooth stucco walls
It's a beautiful house! The open floorplan flows beautifully and the courtyard really fits perfectly. The plants surrounding it help make it look less plain and cold since there is no green spot. And the secret room just makes my heart happy.
However, I am judging whoever decided to install a glass door leading into the master bedroom... just why? I mean sure it's beautiful but imo just not for a bedroom.

Out of all the homes I have seen on your channel, this property is so aesthetically well designed. It is not so obnoxious or ridiculously big or designed. Only fault is the glass master doors I thought was ridiculous for a bedroom. The developer has immaculate taste.

It's a stunning home. There are a few privacy issues. Everyone in certain areas can see the occupants sleeping or whatever they do in their bedroom. There's more privacy in the closet. 😂 Who puts a glass door on the master bedroom yet has the children's room on the same floor? They are obviously not planning to have anymore children. 😂 The master bath is more like an observation area for the neighbors. 😂 The powder room could have been a closet or storage room. I wonder how often that room will be used without a toilet. Great presentation. Thank you so much for sharing. ✌🏻 😷 🏫

I love how this house doesn’t waste the space on basement. It has everything already and a basement would just make it too big. 2 floor with a rooftop sounds ideal. The sink in the powder room bugs me though. Is the faucet really that low? The water seems to touch the bottom of the sink already 😂
