I personally love the contrast of dark and light colours in this mansion. You'd think the dark shades would make the powder room appear smaller, it doesn't it looks elegant and sleek. Also, soooo glad you didn't fall into the pool 🤣 I've said it before... You are Thee Master at walking backwards.

Height restriction meant digging a basement, since none of the old houses in that part of Studio City had basements. Anyone with 4 million to spend in that part of the valley is an idiot. This is probably the same builder who is putting squares in WLA. BTW someone should have ditched the trash cans before the drone photos. Do a streetview to get the real 'feel' of the old houses neighbors.

For anyone who's actually interested in this property it's on a very nice street in Studio City and the surrounding homes are very nice as well. It's in a very quiet neighborhood with nice friendly happy people who smile and say hello while walking their dogs and exercising everyday.
