The only critique i would give to this mansion is the layout, with regards to the door from the garage. I would loved it if the kitchen was there instead of the living room so that the groceries go straight to the kitchen.

That might take a million off the price, wouldn't be my first choice but not too critical. View-centric broad side single room design of the main level, that typically works. Infinity pool, a must for the situation. I think I would have gone white tile and turf for the outside instead of wood decking.

This yard is way too small. You can get an acre or more with a house like this in Las Vegas for less than $2.5 million. Why pay $6 million for something this small.
