I loved that there is multiple outdoor spaces in different zones. That is perfect for multiple people, you can still outside in private in your own space if others want to do the same,. I would meditate on the rooftop and drink my morning coffee up there. I think that space would be addicting for peace and serenity. The entire house though is spectacular. Great family space and set up for parties and guests too.

The one house that I like so far but man its pricy.....its hitting all my boxes except for it being a one story. Best setup for home for me so far in a home layout...Now if I can find this for 90K.....I'm down to purchase it over time.

Me encanto esta casa mas que la anterior farmhouse que esta en el corazon de LA , mi parte favorita fue la entrada , el espacio de Yoga me alienta a aprender a hacer yoga o terminaria siendo un espacio para los jugetes de mis hijos haha , el unico detalle que le encuentro es que me gusta tener la cocina frente al comedor y en este caso hay una pequeña division entre los dos es todo y el master closet es un poco pequeño para 2 personas pero esta bien , es mas grande de lo que tengo hoy haha, SOLO HAY UN DETALLE CON TUS VIDEOS DARREN Y PREFIERO DECIRLO EN INGLES PARA TU ENTENDIMIENTO ...YOU SAID 5 BEDROOMS AND IT HAVE ONLY 4 , I SEE THAT THING IN OTHERS VIDEOS OF YOU. I always wondered- loads of $$$ spent on staging, but these homes are never shown with window curtains, not even in the bedrooms??? I always thought the whole point was to help show what it would look like if you lived there.
