Some great finds there, Alexander. Particularly keen on the gun money, I've never found one (YET!). The seal box lid is fabulous, and it was worth the wait to find out more about it 👍 Hugs to Sir Tascalot 🐕

Another fantastic, informative video. Love the Roman coins. The guys name from Bonhams I was taking around in my cab is Charlie Thomas. He was doing a collection valuation in a village near my home. He was very interested in our great hobby.
That Magnentius(?) coin is so sharp! But the guy looks like a gnome! The box lid is something I have never seen, and no wonder since they were only used a short while. That is a cute little porky pony. The Hill Country here in Texas is just littered with wildflowers. I drove west of me to a very large ranch, watched my oldest compete in Tactical Games, then back home. The drive was magnificent with all the colors. Bluebonnet season is over, but all the other wildflowers are painting every spare inch of ground in yellow, orange, white, and purple. Have a great spring!

Hello and G'day Alexander, mate. Great day out detecting as always fantastic finds. Yeap, even here in Australia, I've dug perfectly preserved old English pennys in sandy soils that have never been fertilised because they are not usually used for farming. Stop buying those coins off eBay 😂🤣😂🤣 what a laugh. Great documentary as always Alexander. ✌️👍🦘🇦🇺🦘

Hi Alexander. Yet another fantastic day. That Magnentius is stunning, despite the damaged edge. It is a "GLORIA ROMANORVM", mint mark TRS dot, so from Trier, RIC VIII 270. I have one of these from Aquileia, that I paid about £30 for and it is only half as good as your find. The James II gun money is an absolute standout as well. Coincidentally, I also have one of these. Yours has "Jan", mine has "Aug". Yours cost you some time and a little effort on a pleasant afternoon, mine, from memory cost me around £60. How much better can your forays get than they have already been this year so far? Let us hope that the good fortune continues. Enjoy the end of a rainy winter, here a rainy autumn is just firing up. Take care.
I'm sorry that I'm a day late watching this one Alex, the Maxentius was a stunner. That seal box lid was so interesting too. Very nice finds and the little pony was adorable!
