    Hey Guys,
I just finished my rotisserie chicken with some of these recipes and all of them taste so amazing and takes around 10 minutes to prepare. I made them all healthy according to my carb cycle diet so I switched the rice with one serving of quinoa for high carb days. For the bagel, I switched the bread with toasted ezeikel bread and used tzatiki instead of mayo, tastes amazing. As I am writing this I am sipping on my chicken noodle soup that tastes so amazing, I am mind blown that it took 30 min to prep it! I added a dried chipotle pepper in the stock and used the leftover asparagus with celery and quinoa pasta. And also used curry hicken left from another time. I love your channel and often turn your recipes healthy, best cooking channel on youtube (:
    with love

Here is another thing to do with left over chicken:
Pan fry the chicken until some parts are crispy, it might look dry, don't worry.
Add in Serrano chilis or Jalapenos, lots of Onion and a clove of garlic,
After the onion becomes translucent, put in enough tomato (1:1 ratio with chicken)
Salt and pepper it and let the chicken soak up the tomato juices
Eat it with tortilla and bam.

I made the chicken caesar salad puff wrap thing. I did use shredded chicken breast, added mozzarella cheese, and I only had Olive Garden italian dressing instead. It was pretty good. The lettuce cooks down a lot, I do wish I hadn't cooked the lettuce as long, I think it could have used a little crisp. Overall it was great, just the texture was all the same. I appreciate this video especially. I use chicken breasts a lot to shred and use in multiple meals, it saves a lot of money and I always love seeing new recipes with shredded chicken.

Everything looks yummy. If you boil the chicken carcass in water after removing the meat you have 'free' chicken stock; which you can flavor by adding a celery stalk, an onion, and a carrot during cooking, and season with salt and pepper to taste when finished. A little sage, rosemary and thyme is nice too but not necessary. Often there is enough meat on the carcass that no additional meat is necessary. It's like a freebie. You can freeze the carcass and make the broth later if you don't want to fool with it immediately.

They all look good! The chicken salad wrapped in puff pastry looks so tempting, and the Thai chicken salad lettuce wraps looks amazing. I especially love how you showed us your method on that one - I am certain it tastes better because you chopped it all together, rather than running each ingredient through a food-processor and combining (which is easier, sure, but the resulting taste won't be anything near as delicious). Great vid - thanks.

I boil rotisserie chicken to make it pulled. It all just falls apart after 10 minutes. You can boil in anything to add flavour. I usually boil in coconutmilk and curry etc, but sometimes I feel lazy and just buy a premade soup to boil it in.

A lot of grocery store chains mark down the price of rotisserie close to the end of Deli close times (at my local store I can get a little one for $2.50, bigger chicken $4.44 towards the end of the night) so hope that helps

I just stumbled upon your TH-cam channel. I love everything that I have seen so far. I will definitely make these rotisserie chicken recipes! It's such a bad idea to watch your videos late at night though--they make me hungry and I've got nothing in my fridge! :)

Loved the chicken fried rice! Better than some pricy restaurants. Any suggestions on a good pair of chopsticks? I think I'm ready to graduate from the wooden takeout chopsticks that I get for free.

This one is really great! Although I never have leftover rotisserie chicken, since I mostly buy one if I really WANT to eat one, so I just buy half a chicken ^^ they also seem to be a bit smaller here in germany.

Use spinach instead of lettuce for the caesar wraps! Spinach cooks better than lettuce and is healthy and delicious.
