Most of wall color is Agreeable Gray most likely. Most model homes have that color . Our house is that color too.

@ItitiObidah no, for the most part, the water table is too high in southern coastal areas. Leaking and flooding would be a problem, and the engineering needed for to keep water out of basements for residential homes would be prohibitively expensive. Some structures here have underground areas, but those are mostly commercial and government properties.
Beautiful home open kitchen and unfinished basement would stop me from purchasing this home but you do a great touring job

AS SOON AS THE FRONT DOOR OPENED, I KNEW I WOULD NOT LIKE THIS HOUSE AS SOON AS I SAW THE STAIRWAY RAILINGS. IT REMINDS ME OF AN OFFICE BUILDING. HOW UGLY.

You showed another home with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with a finished basement and 3 of the bedrooms were in the basement for $728.000. This one has less bedrooms, but with the basement is unfinished for $2.500,000. For that price the basement must be finished.
This one is located in a super affluent area.

I always find myself fast forwarding through these homes because they are cookie cutter. Every single one of them looks the same, the exact same layout. This one is even worse because for 2.5M they don't even get a finished walk-out basement or a decent sized lot.
And no outdoor kitchen. Disappointed, you know we southerners love our BBQ
no need for gluing, one shot, doors in order. Everything is simple. Dislike.
