I love all of the bonus rooms. This house is very nice for the price. The only thing I would do is level out that backyard and add a pool, jacuzzi, pool house, & campfire pit. Georgia and those hills.. Smh LOL

I ABSOLUTELY love this house, theirs only one problem, technically two, it's literally right off the golf course, that's a hard no due to the fact the home has a lot of windows, and I can actually see ALL OF THE DAMAGE that the flyaway balls would cause, I I definitely wouldn't relish the thought of people just walking onto my personal property. 😮
Agree, over a million bucks for a million headaches. I wouldn't pay that kind of money for that house, it is too generic. The housing market has made the price skyrocket and it really is not worth it.
I think I would’ve liked for all 6 bedrooms to be en-suite and perhaps a few powder rooms- thought the walk-in closets were a little small and it seemed to have a lot of wasted space - my favorite spot was the basement thought it had the best layout- BUT the entire home was actually beautiful- oh and the dining room near front door think I would’ve made it a library or home office - still think overall it was a great video and will be looking for more

The garage is awesome. Nice basement. The kitchen is nicely renovated, white is A persons option or other color granted, A lot of rooms and big space. Floors are nice. 1 bathroom liked, but do not like 1 bathroom had the toilet in a small room with the tub. The walkin closets thought we would see a bigger for the price. Well my opinion it is nice, but what is being paid for is the SPACE, inside and outside, but rather than that it is not a Million dollar home. We were looking for more elegancy inside and out the lawn front, side, back could be beautiful landscaped, well for the price asking .🤗 Well good for whoever can pay it and still have to do renovations, like move this wall, move this , hallways are a little tight, etc etc😁✌

What’s the point of moving to another state to over pay for a property? In 2017 that house would have been $180,000 especially in Atlanta. That’s why people moved there. And these highly inflated over prices are causing increasing crime. People literally wanting to keep up with The Joneses! And the only reason people moved down South was for very cheap properties. No point to move there now. Silly!
Honestly I didn’t mind it at all. It helped me appreciate the depth and brevity of this beautiful house! McDonough is starting to win me over for my move!
Yes, it’s lovely. But I respectfully request you please stop and hold the frame.. the constant motion was too hard to watch on normal speed. I slowed it and paused when I wanted to look at the scenery.
Nice house though I would change a few things. One of the first being removing the bath/tub from shower encloser. I simply cant get the sense of that trend. Why would I or any other want to go "inside the shower to go into the bathtub, suppose some else also need to SHOWER at the same time?! Makes no sense at all. Plus I DONT LIKE free standing tubs. But decent house all in all

Very nice home. I was so happy not to see black on permanent fixtures. IMO black is such a strong color and should be used as an accent color. I like that this house has a neutral color scheme. The yard looks to need some serious help, but the house is nice. Thank you.
