Love the property tour videos, but I will say that it would be nice if you cut the music, especially when you walk outside, so we can get a sense of the ambient noise levels. For those looking for a new home, they could easily scratch one off the list, if they are clearly able to hear loud traffic from the balconies, backyard, or master bedroom etc... I just think an occasional ambient noise music break would be genuinely informative and beneficial.

This house is huge. I need roller skates to get around and, I would DEFINITELY put in that elevator. Nice though; can’t imagine the utility and maintenance costs. I guess if you can afford the house, you can afford everything else!
Just think you probably could get your 10,000 steps in by lunch. I toured a home like this one time in Orlando from the outside. It looks small but once you got inside and it opened up wow it was huge almost need a Segway to go from the garage to the kitchen

Has anyone else noticed there’s no TVs in this place but yet they left all the mounts. That’s a good house. Definitely has some potential.
In many locations, anything mounted to the structure, including TV mounts, is considered part of the home. The TVs are removable so they can be taken.

It is a marvelous home. Property tax on it is no joke.. Went from 2.5k to over 70k in 10 years!
Probably based on the number of times it sold, and the assessed value of it when it was sold, I think
Yeah, this is a massive property in a prestigious part of Atlanta so those property tax bills are going to reflect just that.
@RealPropertyTours4K Definitely, what gets me is how it went up almost 3000% in just 10 years.. That could be a problem for families that have been owning their homes for decades

In Buck head I think very much worth it if that includes some of the upgrades that are needed. It would really need to be a high quality renovation one major addition migh even be an elevator with 3-4 floors. Very Spacious etc. Decent floor plan. The kitchen has lots of potential and nice outdoor space. The finishes including flooring though need major upgrade if living in, if flipping this moderate to mid upgrades will do.

If memory serves, this place has been on the market for a minute, and I believe it was one that may have been presented to me at one time, it has a lot of work that needs to get done to bring it up to personal style...
Buckhead, it is a nice property though...
Asking $4.3, then add another $375-$700k to update and furnish... not including landscaping.
Not sure this particular property could support that type of capital expenditure...
I don’t know what $5mil looks like but this mansion is worth the price.

I will never understand as to why these southern mansions do not have screened in outdoor space. Unlike California, there are various flying insects, such as mosquitos and gnats. Primary closes number two is better than most closets that I have viewed in Nashville or Atlanta. It instill only upscale Home Depot. California Closets will give you great results. The landscaping is terrible, especially in the area behind the pool hours, where is the color? The evaluator shaft will open outside of a bedroom, very thoughtless.
Not too bad, but all of that wasted space, for what and why.

I agree. Ideally I think 2.75 would have been a great listing price and got multiple offers. I think it will sell around 3.25 to 3.75 and the higher end would be great. I can't imagine it going for more than that, but I'm also not in real estate. Just an observation.
