Because we always have body builders and top level strength athletes in the channel I always forget just how big and in good shape Sam actually is. Specially when compared to not just the average person but also the average lifter in your average comercial gym, Sam Is by all means quite big and strong.

Justin is so enormous in real life. He's tall. Most bodybuilders are very short but he's just that jacked at 6'2 or whatever. I donno, I'm 5'8 and I nervously walked by him and he was much taller. Sam actually looks good even next to Justin. Sam's gotta be jacked. Cameras are tricky.

I'd love to find someone that could analyze my movement like this. After 30+ years of training, I don't have the ability to tell what's "normal" movement vs. what I do to just get through the movement

Anyone who is a client of Dani's gets excellent rehab/therapy! Poor Sam didn't know how beat up he was until Dani worked him over. Very informative!

I messed my my left shoulder nearly 30 years ago playing ice hockey. The injury was compounded in 1996 due to a "friend" not spotting me correctly while doing 275# for repetitions. I was able to recover without surgery but it was an arduous road, eventually resulting with my personal best of 335# around 210# bodyweight. I've since developed arthritis in the shoulder, which greatly affects me on a daily basis. This is a great example of isolation of a body part to train without being in pain. Kudos.

Great vid. I could listen to her all day. For those who don't have a Dani I found trigger point massage with a ball against a wall on the teres major or minor or both ( back of armpit) and the infraspinatus really helps out a lot for anterior shoulder pain and impriving ROM. It also hurts so good.

Not surprised he (as a power lifter) has shoulder mobility issues. Many elite weightlifters don’t bench at all because it affects their ability to snatch and jerk. Hope he work on it and gets some relief.
