This is literally the exact routine my physical therapist left me with, to do at home. Most valuable information you have put out. I hope viewers realize that, especially older lifters. You don’t ever have to stop training, but you will have to adapt with your aging body.

Especially younger lifters should learn this stuff so they can stick to prehab instead of rehab

These suggestions are practical and realistic, thanks for this video. Your relaxed, deload week energy in this video was perfect for me on my deload week

I was just bitching about this last night. Targeted advertising that's actually worth a damn. Lol

You just helped me so much I can’t even put it into words. Benching has gummed up my shoulders a lot lately and after doing this once I feel so much better!

Sam actually makes mobility work understandable for a dumbass like me, which I thought was impossible.

Tight pec minor is horribly underdiagnosed. I've had pec, shoulder, and biceps issues for years now and once I started stretching it my symptoms immediately started to improve

My favorite warmup for pressing and back squatting is a dumbbell pullover with a pause at the bottom of the stretch

yes you must grab their foam roller as its better than all the others it has their name on. so makes it extra powerful.

Get out of my brain! Seriously helpful. I've felt the shoulder pain off and on over the years, especially since I started really benching quite a lot and heavy, because I basically do a sometimes slow/sometimes fast loading race as a job. I've already kinda done some of stretches but good to see the rest.

Nice. I put a bandaid on it with a claw grip on my squat. Will do these drills to really help the issues.

I'm deadling with elbow discomfort after doing accessories such as curls or pushdowns but whenever I start pressing it goes away (kinda weird).

these stretches really help my shoulder but not so much for my elbow.. what would you recommend for tricep tendonitis sort of elbow pain?

My elbows hurt like shit when doing low bar, I start out wider with my hands and bring them in as the weight gets heavier. But if I do reps with my hands where I like them my elbows take all the beating

Great video! Sorry I may have missed this, how often should I be doing this 1x-2x per week or as needed based on how my shoulder and elbows feel?

I have question, can I use chains or bands on ground press?

  • @Voidrunner01

Alright, now you just need to be able to lay on that foam roller, and be able to keep the backs of your hands on the floor from by your waist to above your head with outstretched arms. Get mobile, youngster ;)
