It took a lot of guts to film this. Showing what his body isn't capable of. Gaining that mobility back is going to be a game changer though.

Love seeing coaching whether rehab, prehab, strength, all of it that elite show, we're lucky to be able to see such coaching. Thank you

Please please please do a follow up on this program some time down the track to show us how much progress you were able to make. I suffer from the exact same issue.

I like seeing Dave getting some coaching and seeing him work on things. Also, I enjoy Dr. Lock. He seems like an incredible wealth of information and I like his demeanor.

this hands on stuff is a dying art since Covid forced everything online. I try to get people to come in person to do this kinda work and they aren't even aware that it exists especially the younger lifters

Kind of looks like one but I feel like that case is too thick.

After two shoulder injuries and a bunch of PT, I can definitely appreciate the struggles with rebuilding range of motion. Will definitely be watching future videos. Getting your shoulders working well is amazing. A proper challenge! 💪

    This was very helpful. Thanks..
I hate going to the doctor. My Dad had taught me to learn how to fix myself instead of relying on going to the hospital for every single little ailment.
Definitely some stuff that I can add to my toolbox.

As a general rule a good coach/trainer should almost never touch you if they know what they are talking about/doing. Count how many times Andrew touches this guy, it's creepy
