- Sam Brown had the incredible Cory Schlesinger (the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Pheonix Suns) out to talk about getting more out of our pressing days! Turns out it's pretty simple, but definitely not easy!

I can’t believe how fuckin great EliteFTS is, these free truly golden vids just don’t get enough attention. I share them all the time, you guys deserve more followers
Man I feel like this channel is so fucking under appreciated. To me it is the most informative strength sport channel out there and it seems like not that many people know about it.
I like the incline press in the prone position. Have never tried this. The fact it hits the lower traps which helps with muscle imbalances and injury prevention makes it really appealing. Having a much stronger right arm/shoulder due to sports means my strength is a bit imbalanced. The one arm prone press is definitely something I need to do. Will give this a go and see how I improve 💪
I absolutely LOVE the prone incline overhead press!
Do you use it as an accessory? Looks like something that may translate well to a warmup movement? Keen to give it a go
I asked for more yesterday after watching the ISO video, and you guys delivered! Awesome stuff, thank you very much! Keep it coming please!
This channel is an absolute gem
Thanks for doing all these videos.
Great variations Coach!
You guys are killing it with content in the past few months! Love it!
Love these videos. And they compliment all your conjugate training discussions.
Fantastic demonstration, you fellas at EliteFTS are are quality
Another great video. I saw a similar one but I forgot about the rowing aspect during the incline press. I really liked the landmine push press at the end. I'm definitely going to use this. Thanks guys
This content is brilliant, thank you very much guys, thank you very much Sam!!! Please keep going with this high quality and valuable content. I appreciate this
Some interesting movements, very cool stuff guys
Definitely going to add these. Fucked my neck and upper back the other day doing OHP
those air j1 high pollens are lit
Great video
Excellent stuff
What's the difference between this and Y T W exercises
When would you suggest doing these kinds of exercises prones and other mobility exercises like this on a rest day or before exercises as a warm up
It will depend on what your personal goal for these would be. They can be done as a means of priming the system for a pressing day, or they can be loaded up a little heavier to work as an accessory. The choice is based on where you would get the best benefit.
This video is 10/10
I am pretty sure I hate gravity now :) Kudos to Sam for going through the torture! I have done the bar press, but off my knees. I will have to try that standing (I can feel the sweat now!).
That looks torturous! Can't wait to try it!
With the prone incline press when you say reach far, are we letting the shoulders rise up towards the ears? Hard to see from angle
Yea bro
I look forward to seeing the mass monster at the gym bring his 2# db's for the prone ohp
This is some good shit
Looks brutal
Seen John Meadow do them first, superman press. RIP
Do a lot of people actually do theses sorts of lifts to warm up? I am not saying they aren't a good idea or that they cant help. I am sure they are a great idea and can help a lot. I just don't have the time for this kind of stuff. If its a squat day, I walk into the gym and get under the bar and start squatting.
Superman press
real
Gravity is a constant it cant create more load. Weight is weight. This is using levers.
I’m really pissed off y’all don’t have more subs. Great content just like Matt Wenning, yet overlooked. Some bs. I tell all my people to follow you guys for great advice and entertaining content

Sweet another tool for the tool chest to get the most out of my bench
Would you do these pre workout? Or GPP on off days?
