Brakes are a great way to get started in auto DIY. Note that XC90 can have different brakes on front and back, so even if you have the correct size for the front, be sure to check the size again when doing the rear wheels.

I found that I needed a 9mm hex for the front caliper slide bolt and not 7mm as described here (2013 r-design) 19" wheels.

Wrong this hex bolt with no lube install... Look at specfic ATE ;)
