I have one of these being sent for testing and was on the fence of what can be done. I wasn't sold until you started showing the aircraft stuff. That's next level! I'm very excited to see what else you come up with

@@PerisModels I know Thingiverse is a go to site for generic stuff, but do you know any modeling specific ones? I'd like to do some dials, hydraulics etc.

I have the anycubic chiron. Its frustrating at times. So I am looking into SLA printing. When I saw how easy setup and leveling was, wow. Then the cube print. wow. then the ejection seat, WOWWWW. Then I saw the instrument panel and that was it. I ordered one immediately

Καλορίζικο το καινούργιο εργαλείο , εξαιρετική παρουσίαση και τα πρώτα αποτελέσματα είναι ισάξια με αυτά των πιο γνωστών εταιρειών after-market . Σε κάποια σημεία στο βίντεο χαμογέλασα όταν σκέφτηκα ότι οι αντιδράσεις σου θα ήταν πιο θερμές αν ήταν στα ελληνικά αλλά το κοινό σου δικαιολογημένα είναι μεγαλύτερο από τα δικά μας πλαίσια .

Thanks for the review! But unfortunately, anti-aliasing doesn't work in Photon mono, and the surface can't be made smooth enough.

Where did you get the STL files for those cockpit parts? I'd love to print some detail bits like this for my models!!!
They were given from a friend if mine
love the video and decided to preorder one, just one question im trying to prepare my files and learn a bit of the printer but i cant see a profile for it on the photon workshop, did you prepared the profile and can you share it with us?

If you mean the printing profile I didnt change anything as I dont know about it

@@PerisModels hi, thanks for your response, yes I'm talking about the printer profile, but I look at photon workshop and chitubox and there is not a profile for the photon mono, I want to know if you got a photon workshop with the profile or something like that, and that if you can share it so people like me that want to prepare files can start working on then
@@Arigal3 the photon comes with it's own slicing software in a memory stick

How is the quality of the MONO LCD screen? I've heard that the elegoo mars 2 mono's screen is easily scratched.,

There are so many patterns and designs you can buy or download, try sketchfab and CGtrader
how about the noise in process? is it slient? I just known mono ..when I focus on mono se.. it cheaper than se with no wifi and dual rail . thanks for share!!

Is the vat for the mono made of plastic or metal? The se comes with a metal vat but i can't find the answer for the normal mono anywhere.

Can you tell me if the LCD screen got a Glass surface? My elegoo mp2 one got a leak with resin on it. After curing it with a blade it was scretched and in the end its useless. I found out its just a hardend plastic surface. I hope the anycubic got a Glas surface?

But you can import the files to the slicing software that come with the printer
That's what I did until I familiarise my self with the anycubic software

Do you have any idea what the max print speed is? Is see that the mono se has an max of 80/mm an hour. However I cannot find this for the mono 2k
On their website it says MAX 50mm/hour for the Mono 2k
Hi and thanks for the review! Can you measure the size of the build plate? I have ordered both the Mono and also a Flex Buildplate, but I'm not sure they will fit together. I'm talking about the actual buildplate, not the build volume. Thanks!

@@PerisModels Vat is that black container in which you pour resin. Plastic ones broke fast I hope this one is from metal.

The mono is the next model and it was very easy to set and straight to printing

You won't be able to print high-quality airplanes. Photon mono doesn't have anti-aliasing, and the surface can't be made smooth enough. Unfortunately, this is a very big drawback of this printer. Good luck!

Hey brother... I ordered the printer, wash & cure station, 4x screens and 1kg resin via your link and while the discount was amazing.. I only received the 1kg of resin and Anycubic will Not respond to multiple emails and tweets about the remainder of my $400 order.... do you happen to have a contact number or are you able to email your Anycubic rep from this review to get a contact number that works (the number attached to the resin parcel is out of service..) ?

@@PerisModels its all good for now. I contacted Visa and started a charge back and Anycubic responded immediately. Amazing how quickly they figure out how to reach out when you have a legitimate way of getting a refund lol

Just maybe an FYI to your viewer's on this, Anycubic has a decent product, but their customer service is not very good, but IF any of them have an issue with their orders they can force a resolution if they have the credit card company put a hold on payment 😉
@@PerisModels on the upside, with your link your viewers will get a (time sensitive) huge discount. My order before the discount was over $600, but I ended up paying only $360 shipping included for the Anycubic Photon Mono, the Wash & Cure station, 1kg resin and 4x replacement screens. Too bad that they have a problem with the fulfillment service 🙄😕
