@ElectronicsComputers When installing new internal drive do we need to format it make single partition before through PC or just insert Fresh drive directly and use flash drive osu1 file
If it's a brand new drive then simply put it inside and install updates. If it's a used one I'd recommend removing all partitions from the drive to make it look like a brand new one. Of course Xbox during updates installing can reformat the drive and remove those partitions but I've seen some cases with used drives when some partitions were encrypted or protected somehow and the console wasn't been able to reformat the drive.
Hello I did all the steps right I just can't get the other folder off my flash drive after I have formatted it it's a see through folder but it won't let me take it off...because I heard that the flash drive have to be completely clean besides the folder to put on there
All you need is make sure that your USB drive was formatted into the NTFS file system and the $SystemUpdate folder is in the root directory of your USB drive. Then go ahead and reinstall Xbox OS.
I have a question all my games work accept gta 5 I believe the game file is corrupt itself I tried everything you could possibly think of re downloading gta, factory reset, offline update, even tried to clear the reserved space and my profile data.
Mine fails after the first reboot right before install with System Error: E100 00000703 80910002 coukd this be due to system software is newer than OSU1 release software and it sees it as a “downgrade” ? Or just that it cannot partition the new ssd ?

it's Samsung 128Gb USB flash drive.
I keep doing this method and it works but when i install all my games and apps from External Harddrive same error occurs again and i fix it by doing the same method
Can you tell me why this is happening again and again
One of the possible reasons is that your hard drive is dying.
What should I format the hard drive as I couldn't see on the video clearly
There's no need to format your hard drive.
What flash drive do u use or does it work with any flash drive
You can use any USB drive with minimum 8Gb capacity.
@ElectronicsComputers
When installing new internal drive do we need to format it make single partition before through PC or just insert Fresh drive directly and use flash drive osu1 file
@@ElectronicsComputers thank you Sir

After installing new ssd and a systemupdate and switching it on it doesnt show load up screen and directly loads in
The consoles' startup animations will be back after the next software update. It will be back in a few days or a week.
I have a question all my games work accept gta 5 I believe the game file is corrupt itself I tried everything you could possibly think of re downloading gta, factory reset, offline update, even tried to clear the reserved space and my profile data.
you do need a windows 10 computer or any computer?
You can use any device which allows you to format your USB drive into the NTFS file system and copy to that drive the $SystemUpdate folder.
I tried this but the option doesnt pop up to update offline
Make sure that your USB drive was formatted into the NTFS file system and the $SystemUpdate folder is in the root directory of your USB drive.
I've done the usb offi update but it goes back to troubleshoot, should I change my hard drive and try it over?
Most likely it's a dead HDD.
Hi there so I was part of the xbox insider program but I unenroll what should I do now?
Your console should automatically get a new update. Once done you can perform an offline update, replace the drive etc.
Thank you so much ,my xbox one is up and running smooth ,tnx for sharing the infor on how 2 do it ,u hav earned my subcribe

I’m having issues with a reading E102 but no matter what I do factory rest it still goes back to troubleshoot or restart the syestem
Most likely your HDD has died. Did you participate in Xbox Insider program?
Mine fails after the first reboot right before install with System Error: E100 00000703 80910002 coukd this be due to system software is newer than OSU1 release software and it sees it as a “downgrade” ? Or just that it cannot partition the new ssd ?
