As far as I know, weakspot is not a critical hit, it's a hit that bypasses the armor of the target. I don't know if it completely bypasses it or a percentage of it though. So a minor increase in damage to an armorless target dummy is not really a good way to get the idea of the damage increase if you ask me. But overall I really appreciate the video as always man.
This is correct, alot of people think it's a critical but it just bypass the armor by a percentage (I believe it's tied to Dex, higher dex higher percent penetration).
Weak spot hits ignore armor completely. This is not a percentage of armor it is all armor. This means the weapon will do whatever damage it would do to the target if the target had no armor. Now this does not bypass se clade gifts like the Oghmir hide thing.
Also, while whitewood/spongewood are good soft wood which allow to push up damage through the "hard"part of the bow (crepite horn etc), the durability is really bad. On the other hand, advanced woods like ironwood are too hard and don't let you increase dmg per str requirement. There is however one superior wood for bows which is both soft and durable...
Nice Video. I noticed you didn't include that Dense Crepite has a higher weak spot chance. And from what I heard asym bows have a hidden str requirement which is +7
Can we not do vids ruining the experience of finding out what is good for what? Hurts the people in the know, hurts the new player experience for what? A bit of clout? Ugh
As a busy Thursar foot fighter, I find it hard to lose weight.. I Used weight loss rock and lost 20kg and kept it off... Thanks weight loss rock!
Weak spot hits don't do more damage, they just ignore armour. Very useful.
best video ive seen

I personally range incisium shortbows above crepite ones. For few points of range lost, almost unnoticeable change in dmg, you get 30+more dura
Great content! Thank you for actually showing what you are talking about. :)
+1 for the music

And that is?
Thanks for the info. Btw, what resources were used to craft your rugged garments?

Doesn't hurt you if you don't watch it but I found it helpful. AAll he did was give examples and didn't go through every material possible
Imagine gate keeping a game with a couple thousand players lol
This line of reasoning has always been dumb in this game
