    How can we, as Indians, consume fresh Cherry juice? Fresh cherry fruits are available barely for 1-2 months of the year and are quite expensive.

    I read that yogurt should never be eaten with fruit according to Ayurved ... ! What is your view on that ? 🙏

      Yes I think so..........mostly banana is also for pre workout but can't sure

      Namaste, Asanas, Pranayam, Kriyas should be done on empty stomach or 2-3hrs after food

    Ma'am pls talk about how can we keep our skin healthy and fresh looking throughout the day, when it becomes dull during day time. I personally don't like using too much creams on face

      By exercising daily! Trust me the blood circulation clears out the skin.. for one week just do brisk walking for 30 minutes or do skipping , sweat it out, and then look at your skin and the glow, even the most expensive cosmetics will not give you that glow! Exercise is the key no chemical

      If cause of ur grey hair is vitamin B12 deficiency, then it can be reversed otherwise there is no chance 🙄

    Mam, Good evening. Five foods you have suggested, of which three sweet potato, cherry juice and Banana are not for diabetic people. Suggest some food for these people. You suggested Soya Milk, but it is not in reach of all people due to cost effective. 🙏 🙏 Only yoghurt is the thing which is in reach for all.

      Diabetic can have sattu drink or peanuts after workout. Even black coffee occasionally.

      Namaste, Curd contains Lactobacillus bacterium i.e. Lactic acid bacteria while yogurt contains live strains of both Lactobacillus Bulgaris bacterium and streptococcus thermophilus. Yogurt is an industrial product and can be flavoured
