I believe the offset was plus 33 or 35 but if you want a meaty tire like I got I would recommend the 17in wheels because once you start going down on the sidewalk of the tire your ride gets pretty bad.
@@Limitlessautodesigns My XSE is going to be coming with the 18" wheels so I'll be moving the summer rubber over to the Avids and installing winter rubber in the same size on the OEM wheels. From my memory you can either get +35 or +45 offset but I've never really understood how that number affects the stance.
My 2018 Focus ST has a similar size tire right now in a 235/40R18 with decently stiff suspension so I'm fairly used to the ride quality. I don't think the XSE is going to really compare. I won't be changing the tire size to go any larger though, that's for sure. May consider spacers in the future though depending on how she looks.
@@tylorwilliams5404 yeah I think you are right it is 35 offset and basically the way it works is the closer to 0 offset you are the more it pushes out the wheels. So if you have 35 offset now and you go to 30 it will push the wheels out 2.5mm on both sides and vice versa
@@Limitlessautodesigns yeah I'll definitely be ordering the +35 set. They're going to look good for summer wheels. I ordered my 2022 XSE in Galactic Aqua Mica. Unsure about the bronze on blue but we will see. I was told a 10 month wait until the car shows up. Nine more to go! Haha.

Me and my dad made the exhaust, the tips and the hangers were the only thing I bought since we had the pipe already but the tips and hangers I got from Amazon!!
All that I have done that would effect sound is a muffler delete and a k n n air filter, not the whole intake. But yes the exhaust was cut and extended out
@@Limitlessautodesigns whats the cost to do all that also i was thinking of getting the k n n air intake will that hurt the engine over time tho ? Thanks for responding bro
@@danieldutton9770 yeah of course bro and it’s no problem, the total cost of the whole exhaust was about 80 dollars since we welded it ourselves, and no a cold air intake shouldn’t have any real adverse effects the only thing I can think of is if it doesn’t have a shield over the filter then water can get in.
@@michaeldejesus7418 I don’t think the transmission would have any effect on the exhaust sound, it would just be due to how you have to drive a manual, like how you let off the gas during shifting. So there could be more pops from that aspect.

Put the money where it matters if you want to mod a car. Tips do nothing, spoiler does nothing, Front lip does nothing, carbon fiber shift knob and wheel does nothing. My 2020 manual looks stock as shit because wheels and tires dont go on until its ready to tune. The parts you want long tube CAI/headers/midpipe/exhaust/catch can/shifter bushings/short throw shifter. Surprised this thing doesn't have anime characters on it. /hater out
I understand where you are coming from but those are the things that matter to you. I have done the research and since you can’t really turbo these cars without worry of blowing the engine, all those mods you want to do will give you about 50 more horsepower. So now I have an unreliable and stock looking corolla that can blow the doors of a mini van slightly better than I could stock. That’s not what I want to spend my money on.
Well I suppose that’s partially true but if you look at any car manufactures there are similarities between so many, I really think this is closer to the Mazda 3 where the only real similarity with a focus st and this corolla is just that they are both hatchbacks.

It's because car enthusiasts already know the CVT transmission does a poor job of delivering the power to the wheels. There's lots of power lost through an automatic transmission, and the CVT transmissions even lose more power. CVT transmissions were designed to save gasoline as the computer always tries to find the most economical rpm for the engine. That's my thoughts, based on my 40 years of driving cars. The manual transmissions in the last 20 years are very good at delivering the power to the wheels, and they seldom have problems. The clutches are what will wear out.
@cloroxbitch2491 You're a cry baby and an idiot. I don't just go to work and back home. I drive almost everywhere in California. We have mountains hills and valleys. I live in Central California at 300 feet above sea level. I go snow skiing up to China Peak Mountain resort at 7,000 feet above sea level often. I don't like hatchback cars because I fold down one of the seats and put my skis inside my cars in the trunk length wise. More power is always needed to climb mountain roads, and everybody is driving on super crowded highways in a huge hurry to get to work, or to get back home. I drive 100mph all the time. It's a must to drive fast and brake hard. Other people will cut you off if you give them space in front of you. I'm not a 25 or 30 year old like you.. Everybody races on the streets, and highways, and you know that. The more power, the better. Common sense dummy. I'm just doing research on how reliable is that CVT transmission after I push it over 100mph all the time.

What offset are the rims? and are you running any spacers in the rear?
The wheels are 17x8 +35mm offset and I am running a 1 inch spacer in the rear

Buddy got the teehee 37 lmao
Yeah I got them from ways wracing
is there somewhere I can see where you got these parts? some links?
What parts are you looking for?
nice 👍
links to your rims please 🙏
thanks
nice. just couldn't bring myself to pay 32 for a corolla tho.
32 thousand?? neither would I
I may have to redact that a little tho because the new gr isn’t even really a Corolla anymore
Hi sir, can you share the link for the steering, shifter and reflector mods.
I’m sorry I don’t still have the link it was from so long ago but I remember the steering wheel and reflectors were from eBay and the shifter was on Amazon
SE Nightshade, I hate this is only on the CVT's I'm getting a 6MT XSE but wish I could have got this version with a manual trans
I believe everything they use to blackout the car can be bought straight from Toyota
that auto trans need some pedal shifters to help its sad Toyota did not make it already kinda like a dsg trans
It has paddles
can we get links to these things u bought
Dude the this set up looks awesome. Just my opinion but I think it would even better better with some side skirts to give it that appearance of being lowered without having to slam the car. But man this thing looks sexy and sounds amazing
Edit: lol I just saw you said your side skirts are still coming in so I can’t wait to see the end result
Haha thank you bro love to see stuff like this. The install video is up too if you want to see it
I have the 2021 xse in flame blue in manual transmission
Very good looking car you got 👌
@@joelvela4366 thank you bro I’m glad to hear it that is one of my favorite colors on the Corolla
@@Limitlessautodesigns yep, glad to runned in into your channel 😀 👍
No a big fan of the wind chill white but rest of the set up is p nice
I have the 2021 xse manual transmission, I hate my fake exhaust tips , wish they were real !.
I had a great time making the exhaust for my car I just want to find a new diffuser without any tips
I put red reflector tape in those fake tips looks much better
I'm planning on buying the exact same wheels but in the 18" variant. What is the offset on your wheels?
Haha.
So your running 17x 8 all round with no spacers or anything?
No I have a one in spacer in the rear. But the wheels are right. +35mm offset
i wanna do somthing similar but my dream goal is to buy a gr corolla engine and do a engine swap and drive train. and probably transmission im sure the stock one wont handle anything past 300hp if even 300.
I don’t think it would be worth it at that point. The coolest thing you could do would be to do a swap to a rear wheel drive. Maybe a gr86 motor and trans
@@Limitlessautodesigns I still am very much far from doing stuff but yeah im contemplating from rwd or awd swap and engine i still am having tough choices on figuring out but whatever i can get that has great bulletproofness even when making like 400 id be happy buying for a swap
@@canadianbren4239 maybe swap in a 2jz. I have always thought a red hatchback would be so amazing…. I can’t think of one that exists off the top of my head
Where or what website did you get your rims from bro!
It was off of fitment industries, but I got them ordered through discount tire
What engine do you have in there??? Did you motor swapped it?
No I did not it’s just the 2liter 4 Cylinder that comes with it
@@Limitlessautodesigns ok I see. In europe we only get it as Hybrid which does not make sound
@@Eddyyyyy96 oh okay that makes sense
does corolla has rgb light in stock or you should buy it
I’m a little confused by the phrasing but all the headlight and taillights are leds if that’s what you mean
@@Limitlessautodesigns I am about interior rgb light, where your legs stay
@@wolf777wulf9 ahhh no the car did not come with them but that would definitely be a cool addition. I’ve done that mod to other cars before and it is awesome.
See now this corolla hatchback sport should really become the baby version of the GR Corolla; less powerful N/A 2.5L engine, 6sp MT for ~$24,000 it would be perfect but Toyota scrapped the design for a CVT after the GR Corolla was released. Trying to find an XSE hatch corolla with a 6sp MT requires you to go back to 2021
Well I actually traded in for a xse 6speed, I have a new video about it. And it’s a 22
Link for exhaust?
Me and my dad made the exhaust, the tips and the hangers were the only thing I bought since we had the pipe already but the tips and hangers I got from Amazon!!
Link for the shift knob cover?
It’s not a cover it was actually a replacement knob and I just got it on Amazon
@@Limitlessautodesigns thank you. what about the exhaust?
@@jhencluff we made it custom
How does ur car sound like that i have a 2016 scion im i want that same sound on my car
Automatic?
Not for long😉
Is that a cvt?
This one was, I had an XSE after, that was a manual!!
@CodyZ that great to know, I'm currently waiting for my 2024 corolla to arrive. And was wondering how would exhaust mods would be like on a cvt
@@michaeldejesus7418 I don’t think the transmission would have any effect on the exhaust sound, it would just be due to how you have to drive a manual, like how you let off the gas during shifting. So there could be more pops from that aspect.
@CodyZ that's true. I was more thinking of how cvt rev high more than normal. I'm currently waiting for mine and wanting to get the exhaust done first thing. I was just co.cern more about the high rev of cvt
@@michaeldejesus7418 oh I didn’t even know the cvt revs higher

You need 19's on that car !!! Fill those arches up Pal. Those wheels are far too small 😁
Haha 19s would be huge, I think these look pretty perfect
no links?
What do you need a link for
@@LimitlessautodesignsI am just asking where you bought your mods at?
@@kaygeeboi it was a little bit all over the place and this video was more just an overview so if you are looking for any particular part I can get you those links
@@Limitlessautodesigns the exhaust tips and the spoiler in particular, I like your setup on the exhaust primarily.
@@kaygeeboi well for those items I don’t have specific links because the exhaust we made and the tips I just found on Amazon. It was 2 dual tips to make the four. And the wing is just an oem part from Toyota
You just put regular gas ⛽ and your car ?? Don't be cheap man !!!!😂😂😂
Haha I had a knock sensor it will be fine
They just stole a fiesta st focus st look..

I mean, what do you really need the power for? To boost your ego? Bc you’re clearly not a racer. The power is useless to get to your job and back 😂😭
@cloroxbitch2491 You're a cry baby and an idiot.
Damn idk what wheels I don’t like more, the ones you have or rpf1s…
Oh god those 4 exhaust tips in the middle was definitely a huge mistake ….
