    As long as there is a balance between fostering self-reliance and collaboration with true mentoring I agree with the approach. People tend to learn things a little better when they have to struggle for the solution. If it comes to easy nothing is learned but if there is too much struggle the wrong things can be learned.

    In some cultures that person is seen as incompetent. A good leader shows the way.

    People from Galicia, Spain, are known for never answering questions, they just reply with more questions. So now I know why so many Spanish leaders were originally from there 😂

    As a conclusion from the video: Peter was a never a leader... Simon was. Was the perfect boss to him because from hia experience he just realised he didn't need a boss! Hahahhaha
