Is there a defined height of rering per shell depth? (Per ex 1 inch long ring for a 8 inch deep drum or whatever)

It was either Grainer or McMaster-Carr, I don’t remember, although probably both or those sites carry them.

Garage sales, flea markets, close out sales, etc. Good clamps.
Loving that Table saw roller assembly.. makes for a much smoother cut i guess.. rather than having to make sure the edge is tight against the fence..(still have to i know but you know what i mean..lol )

The edge that the shell is riding on is a fence.
As someone getting into drum making/ renovation/ modification I’m curious how you make the rolling stand that you had the shell on. Noticed the bars were rolling very freely. How do you get that set up?
They are conveyor rollers, and they come in a wide variety of lengths. You can usually find used ones pretty cheap on ebay. The bearings may be a bit worn, but that doesn't matter too much for how small of a load a drum shell puts on them. You can also buy them new from industrial supply places like Grainger or McMaster-Carr. We've got a bunch of them around the shop that we've built into all kinds of jigs.

Would it be possible to replace the clamps with a yoga ball and get good results?
Maybe; I haven’t tried it. Given that I like to be pretty specific about where I’m applying clamping pressure with re-rings, it doesn’t seem like a great idea, but it’s totally possible that I’m just being paranoid.

Do you have a video on how to make a roller jig for the table saw?
Currently, no. I want to do an overview video covering the three different versions/evolutions, but I'm slacking. I will have a full written tutorial of Version 3 on Instructables in the near future, but it's more involved than Version 2, which is seen in this video.

I always thought re-rings were to be preformed to fit the inside diameter. Cutting a jointing segment from a ring that is of the same diameter as the drum shell now forms an oval piece of plywood...
Wouldn’t this create undo stress to the shell???
The larger manufacturers may fabricate reinforcement ring stock (they don't share the info, so we don't know), but most smaller builders use this "cut down" method. The stock is thin and pliable enough that it "finds its new round." That being said, if you make the fit too snug/too tight, it is possible to force the shell out of round. Also, most plywood shells aren't perfectly round from the onset - some are quite laughably egg shaped.
We have a video in the can which shows reinforcement rings utilizing a scarf joint -- it'll post this week.

That’ll be interesting to see. You guys do make beautiful drums. I do like the added advantages of re-rings as you mentioned. I loved the way Pearl drums used to arranged beefy rings inside their thin shells...
if i paid for parts, labor and shipping could you make me a pair of re-rings? i'd install them myself.
If you send an email to calderwood.percussion@gmail.com with the drum diameter, depth/width of rings, shipping address, etc .. we could quote it out. However, you'd still have to do all the fiddly work of trimming to make it fit - every drum is different.
I'd build my own drums but all these tiny clamps probably cost as much as a brand new kit lol.
With the current cost of materials l, it might be equal. However, most of these clamps came from close out sales, garage/estate sales, or holiday sales. Be vigilant, fellow clamper.
