    Good advice especially for those who have been detailing for a while. Don't sell your services short if you know you're worth it and you can prove it through results.

    This is solid info...give a customer an inch and they take a mile. Know your worth and don't settle for anyone ( outside friends family and maybe those spectacular customers who keep you going).

    Dude I love your content. Very real and informative. Please more of these type of videos. I just upped my piece and constantly getting people to haggle me. Or do deals...so annoying. This work isn't easy.

    ON POINT WITH THIS VIDEO ON TOPIC........
    My lowest menu service is a silver detail aka my maintenance service (exterior only) from $50.00.
    I have to explain all too often why I charge $50.00 when shop around the corner charges $30.00
    and most only want this service every visit. But most are return customers that love the service.

    Maybe should do a part 2 to this video maybe a basic legal point. A lot of people don’t know their are legal conflicts behind the scenes as a lot of newbies just get a kit and go to work and not think about the legal aspect until it’s to late.

    I just usually say My insurance doesn’t cover that unfortunately, it’s out of my scope of practice but maybe I can recommend you to someone so does that.

    Saying "no" is a must in my opinion. Even when I first started I wasn't afraid to say it. It does take some confidence though

    Once had a customer that i had to move the vehicle i was detailing several times because there wasn't enough parking space it killed alot of time lessen learned always check b4 hand if there's enough work space when i was mobile goggle maps allowed me to check out the work area from my cell phone

    Great video! If a potential customer is trying to remove certain things from a detail package to get a cheaper price, that's usually a red flag that it may not work going forward with the customer. People who want to pay the least amount always expect the most work from you.

    Great video touched on alot of real day to day detailer issues that have not been talked about. In 2 Years I have gone thru 2 pressure washer hoses cause of the rubber wearing out from being dragged and pulled on dirt and rocks.

As a mobile Detailer you have to pretty much go every where and anywhere don’t matter if it’s muddy or dirt or gravel. That’s just name of the game bro. By being like that where y’all don’t do that no more then y’all can lose a customer.

    “Shampoo or condition the seats only”
    Will you offer things like this for interior or do you just tell them there is 1 set service and price for interior
