Lol this is very very light sparring. This isnt it my friend. It was the younger fighter respected seanchai to much to even 'light spar' him for real. I guess he feeled to honored to spar such a legend to focus on actually spar and learn something. But thats just respect and i think its beautyfull to see more often
just realized something about his kicks that i wanted to share. he doesn’t retract them in the same way he kicks but instead pulls them back from the position of contanct straight to him. this makes his leg feel „slippier“ if he ever gets it caught and basically makes him impossible to sweep. if you want to know what i mean just look at the way he kicks and then retracts and then the way the other fighter kicks it’s completely different
Is this full contact or semi contact? Because I have been doing Muay Thai for a bit, and haven’t done sparring yet, and would like to get into sparring. I have some questions like “Can i throw as hard as I can” “is it knockouts, or no knockouts” ect.
Good stuff just don’t be so heavy on that lead foot in Muay Thai somebody gonna eat that leg up if it was in a competition setting and use that teep kick more helps find the range and keeps opponents at distance
Yes sir it is hard to tell, but I have a massive cauliflower ear from not keeping this hand up so lesson learned lol especially with a southpaw and someone as tricky as Saenchai. I tried my best to remember the fundamentals and keep my hands up lol thank you for the feedback. I appreciate the kind words. Happy training.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🔥It’s always good to see a respectful spar session. Só sad that many dudes don’t respect Superlek and Saenchai on This Us tour
Thanks dude! No need to show off only playful fun
@@funkstronaut 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The ones that try will learn quick, fast and in a hurry lol.
Was gonna say the same, love to see people spar legends with respect. Not least of all because it's in their best interest.
Love watching sparring like this totally respect to the dude for not going ape shit like some Morons I’ve seen
Finally.
A.
Real.
Sparring.
Thank you for calling this real Sparring. I appreciate that. I am relatively new to Muaythai, and I just want to be respectful.

Instead of trying to knock out a legend during training.
Light sparring isn’t the only sparring lmao
Good control from this guy. Good job bro.
Thanks brother. Mad Respect!
Finally proper respectful sparring sanchai without ego. Well done kid
This is how you spar. Exploration free of real harm
I appreciate the kind words!
You can tell Senchai has great respect for whomever he's sparring, no matter the lvl, cause he only goes as hard as you do.
I could watch this all day, so much respect in that ring
The way he entered the ring I thought he was going to go hard 😂
He’s tricky as hell 😂.
Damn good sparring session with no ego involved. 🫡
This was the best pace I’ve seen! So technical and respectful. And so much fun! I’m happy for you 🤙🏾

Really good eye!
Something I have been working on is retracting my kicks.
Un homme formidable mr senchai
I wish boxing could go this light. I get offput from sparring sometimes cause I don't want a headache.
Light technical sparring for learning and improving
Good sparring.
I respect you brotha 🙏🙏🙏
Much love!

Swimming shorts in the ring to distract. Good tactics
Always gotta be about the trickery
Such respect.. love it
Man, this was awesome
Really nice sparring 🙌🏽 respect and it must have got your heart going! 😅
THAT'S RESPECTFUL SPARRING.
I’m interested in taking Muay Thai classes and potentially sparring. This is a novice question, but how would one ‘win’ a match?
@@jetbiks you don’t win sparring!

Is it bad to do knockouts?
Now this is a great sparring partner.
Great shape boy
Sanchai look very small look Don't hate anyting but he is brutal 🔥🙏🙏💯
Legends! Thanks for sharing
Nice flow
Thank you I’m still such a beginner so that means a lot

Good luck 👍🏻❤️ from Indonesia
Is this you in the video? Love how tight the guy keeps his rear hand to his head, great habit
