Jonathan Haggerty is a mega star and although very early in his fighting career he as stepping in with the best muay thai fighters including Rodtang Jitmuangnon, Sam-A Gaiyanhadao, Superlek Kiatmoo9 and many more of the top muay thai fighters from around the world.

@@crazykorean2268 to bad you are not in AZ is say let's link and we can hold pads for each other and I need a sparring partner my friends I asked to do it say hell no because they think it's going to be like a real fight and I tell em you don't go full power how you suppose to learn new stuff by having to worry about getting cracked by a punch or kick whiel trying new things then the ones who have said it so far go all out likes it's a real fight lol 😂

I’ve boxed most of my life but started training Muay Thai in the last year. Thai pads are the best, no punch compares to throwing round kicks.

Western boxing and muay thai work really well together.. feints and good hands help to disguise the kicks but found too much bobbing and weaving though in a fight or sparring can invite a knee to the chin..
His technique is amazing and has the most beautiful teep/push kick I've seen. The power from his frame is something else.

Inspiring. Can't wait to get the gym tomorrow now . I stared doing muay Thai almost a year ago. I'm 56 and I love it . I'll never reach anywhere near the levels in some of the videos I watch, but wow it spurs me on. Great job .

Jesus christ. I have practiced muay thai for over 12 years but the technique diplayed is just beautiful. Not to mention the torque and vicious power. Freakin love how the coach constantly gives a slight twist to different combinations. Any plan to expand the business portfolio in future by opening more gyms in different parts of the globe? You know, it's not just the elbows an kicks that make this so good. Jonathan is technical and his movement is fluid. It's just aesthetically pleasing to the eye and is equally lethal to watch in a ring.

The fight he had with Sam A was amazing. I know Sam A is one of the best technical fighters in the world but I've never seen him get dismantled and tested the way he was.

I love watching these kind of videos, normally padwork videos are taken when the fighter is exhausted already... it’s a different environment from where we normally see them fresh in the ring. Haggerty seems as fast during padwork as he does during fights, although he does miss a few calls from his pad holder.

I saw all his fights in one fc. He like to fight in close range so he can trow all the diffrent type of elbow. In one fc super series No one is better than him in close range.. he will just parry and hit with his devestating elbow. Salute to the general.
Would like to see him go to featherweight and challenge petchmorakat for the tittle in one fc. Ideal height n reach. Both good with elbows. Similiar style but.. JH is much better to me. would love dat match if its happen

Quick question. I am writing a novel, and would love to drop Jonathan Haggerty's name in there. I know about copyrights and whatnot, so I'm trying to get his permission before i go ahead with it. Muay Thai is in a lot of the book, because I've been a martial arts enthusiast since my youth. Did some Boxing and Muay Thai, and I fell in love with them both. I love Jonathan's style, his calculated techniques and sequences, those monstrous elbows, and the fact he gave Sam-A an L at such a young age. His fights are amazing. Still debating on whether to do BJJ or Muay Thai. Best to train both but don’t know which to train mainly
try both and do whatever you like the best.
